Everyone there was so friendly from the salesmen Omar who assisted me along with Jose who was wring with getting me financed. Also I had to take my car into the service department because it wasn't working properly and the service tech Junior was of good help.

Superb Facility and the best in customer focus

Very Bad Customer Service
Mary helped as much as she could, however the sales manager Jose basically told us to make a deal towards a car that we hadn't seen because the car was at another lot. How are we supposed to make a deal on a car that we haven't even seen or test drove? Since no one wanted to bring in the car from the other lot, they told us to go back to Bakersfield and purchase a car there. I guess they did not want our service...
