I located a truck via the internet and called to inquire, the sales staff was very honest and helpful. They gave me confidence to drive over an hour and... a half to see the truck. I left in a new-to-me quality vehicle with the confidence that I paid a fair price and will return to do business in the future. Appointment was for 1:00 and we were told it would take an hour. The car was not ready for us until 2:45. Whoever changed the oil apparently splashed... it as there was an oil puddle on our garage floor that we noticed a few days later when we moved the car out and left it on the driveway. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful.
Our salesman, Joe Roberts, was very professional, informative & helpful in all respects. He was very polite, answered all our questions & took as much... time as necessary to answer all our questions satisfactorily. You couldn't find a better sales person than Joe. We are looking forward to enjoying our new Cadillac & also plan on doing all our future business with the Allen Jay dealership & highly recommend their service.

worst car buying experience I've had in 50 yrs. never have I purchased a car new or used that didn't have 2 sets of keys. they want me to pay for the second... set. there is about 250 people I know that will never go there to buy a car. sad to think there are people out there that have no customer service., and probably have 0 people skills. alan wildstein to to rethink his staff at auto ranch.
