Had to stop into this dealership on our way out from Oregon to Nashville on the 2nd day of our trip pulling our 5th wheel trailer during the first week... August 2020. We had some issues with our 2003 Chevy Silverado 3500 6.6 duramax diesel blowing excessive smoke and lost power. We pulled off the freeway and found an RV park in nearby Wendell on a Saturday. Called the dealership and talked to Alex Birch, one of the service advisors. He said they could look at it Monday morning. I was able to disconnect by trailer and drive the truck to the dealer on Monday around 8:00am and Alex was able to get me in right away. So, I went and had some breakfast down the street. About 45 minutes to an hour later, Alex called to tell me the bad news, and that was, I had some of my injectors that were bad, which is one of the few pitfalls of this truck from 2001-2004. Even though my truck has just 80,000 miles, it was unfortunately out of service coverage. Alex let me talk to Matt Bridges, the shop foreman who gave me a detailed explanation of the problem after he did an injector balance test. Luckily, they had the parts in stock and Matt was able to start work on my truck right away. He had my truck done by 4:30pm, so we were able to get back on the road on Tuesday morning and I could certainly tell the difference in my trucks performance right away. They were able to drive me back to the RV park and pick me back up later that afternoon with their shuttle service while they worked on the vehicle. Thankfully, we were only down for 2.5 days and that was because it all started on a Saturday and we had to wait a day and half for the service shop to reopen. Thanks Alex and Matt for great service and getting us back on the road so quickly. We are now back home and have logged 4,200 miles since the service and my truck is running great.

I went in to buy a new truck and it was sold right in front of me. The salesmen let me know that they would still get me a great deal and would be satisfied.... We went out to pick another truck. They worked up the deal so that I could still stay within budget. I love the truck, although my Grandkids have driven it more than I have so far. Nice people enjoyable to work with.

I received a flier in the mail that promised a prize. It says "no purchase necessary" and so forth. I tend to respond to these types of ads, because it's... worth seeing if you won something good. I went in and they asked me to fill out a form with my personal information. I did, but declined to give my SSN because there's no good reason for them to know that information just to see if I won a prize (which would likely be a $5-$10 item). They said they needed it for tax reasons, which in my experience doesn't hold water. I wouldn't give my SSN, and they refused to honor what their ad says. Why trust them with a car purchase or service if they won't even live up to their advertisement?
