This dealership is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I made an appointment with a specific salesperson—they confirmed it over the phone, even confirmed the car I was coming to see. I drive all the way there, take time out of my day, and guess what? The guy isn’t there. The car isn’t there. Nothing is ready. Are you serious? How do you confirm an appointment and a vehicle that doesn’t even exist on your lot? That’s not a mistake—that’s straight-up disrespectful and dishonest. No accountability, no apology, just a bunch of people acting like it’s business as usual. If you value your time, your money, or even basic customer service—stay far away from this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Never again.
