I had a very nice salesman.

I had a very nice salesman. His name was Ryan Davis. He was very straightforward and honest. He answered all my questions and delt with my 3 year old wonderfully. If you want someone else who won't xx you Ryan is a great choice.

Communicatuon and customer service were top notch.! Zack G. was quick, honest, informative and presented everything great. Finance dept. was equally good. All around great experience. Highly recommended!

Great Purchase Experience

The people at Steinle GMC Cadillac made the purchase of our vehicle a pleasant experience. We enjoyed working with salesman Jordan LeJeune. He was polite and thorough. We highly recommend Jordan and the Steinle dealership in locating your next vehicle. Their prices are fair and service impeccable.

No concern for customer

Car I bought was out of alignment and after many calls to Jordan and John they refused to address issue or return call. Gm used cars are sold as certified but plainly not at Steinle

We understand that you came from out of town to purchase the vehicle, and that we ask you to allow us the opportunity to remedy the situation using our facility and our technicians. This being somewhat inconvenient for you, it is the best way to handle this situation. If you had a mechanical breakdown or an emergency your warranty coverage would provide service at your nearest Cadillac dealership. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash reimbursement for outside work done without our prior inspection or authorization.

2016 Buick Encore

I loved Al Steinle Jr our salesman. He is so great to work with. Going over ever detail in the car, getting OnStar set up for me, setting up my Bluetooth. I know if I ever have any questions, I can go see any of the salemen out there, and they would be more than willing to help me. Best service around. Thanks to the Clyde dealership also, they was a great help also.

Wonderful to work with!

This was our first experience buying long distance and it was great. So quick and easy, they financed us and we were in & out quickly. Found what we wanted online, drove over 700 miles to get there. Devin picked me up and drove me to dealer from car rental place another town away. Great people to work with.

Awesome

Bought a new Cadillac ATS from Steinle's and has a wonderful experience from A to Z. I've had my new car for 6 months and I'm still loving it, and the free scheduled maintenance is a great perk! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I got a great deal on an awesome car.
