  • Worst experience ever!!

    I bought a used, 2014 Pathfinder from Fenton in June, We bought the extended warranty. I took my car in for warranty work, 4 days later they brought m

    y car to me with the door panel in the back seat, the door was held closed by a bungee cord, the lock hadn't been replaced as promised & grease all over the interior. I called my service advisor & told him we were bringing the car back by 6:10 pm, he (Brandon) left at 6 so we had to go to used cars. We were apologized to & given a loaner car, a few days later the Used car manager called & yelled at my husband that he needed his car back, come get your car, it's ready. We went to pick up our car, there was still grease everywhere. The service manager acknowledged the grease & gave us a different loaner car. A couple days later we were told our car was ready, they brought it to my house, still grease everywhere. Keith, the man that brought us the car, acknowledged their was still grease everywhere, he left me the loaner & took my car back. Today, after several emails between myself & the GM, Ryan Odiorne, I went to pick up my car, it was much better but still had grease & wear spots where it had been scrubbed so much. Ryan told me I bought a used car, I shouldn't expect it to be perfect, he told me he thinks the problem is that I don't like my car & he would be happy to sell me a different car. THEN he told me my car looked better than when I originally brought it in because it was filthy. I do have a toddler but it was not filthy & even if it was.. how is that relevant to them getting grease all over my car? My car still has grease in it & they broke my center console. I'm disgusted that they have had my car for weeks & I was treated very poorly by the GM. I do want to add that the service manager was a very nice man & sincerely tried to help me.
