Never again!

The salesman was amazing. Elliott was very kind and courteous! Excellent at selling me my car.. 10 stars for him!! The finance gentleman I dealt with was awful and because of this I will never refer anyone to this car lot or ever be back!! He treated me with the worse customer service and talk to me like I was an ignorant human being! All this over his passion on GAP! Had I not been there for so long and being almost done I would have walked out!! As a matter of fact I stood up to leave several times. The very worse customer service from a finance I have ever been through! Never again!!!

Untrustworthy dealership... stay away.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle from a dealer. I test drove the vehicle and it drove good. Needed new tires, but I new that when I bought it. On my way home, 1.5 hours from the dealership, the check engine light came on. I took the truck to a shop near my house and had the codes read, only to find that the truck needed both catalytic converters replaced, which they could do for about $2,300. They also said that the code had most likely been cleared at the dealership that sold me the truck. A mechanic at a Ford dealership (bought an F150) told me the same thing. So, I went back to Patriot. Sent several emails, called several times, and never got a response. I finally got the internet manager, Rocky, to respond. He helped get me a response from the Used Car Manager, Trey. Trey asked if I could bring the truck up for his shop to look at. I emailed back and said yes, I could do i t that day. I drove 1.5 hours to have him tell me there's nothing he could to for me since his GM wasn't in that day. I've left messages with the receptionist twice now to see if he's talked with his GM, and no response. To be clear, I CANNOT PUT THE VEHICLE IN MY NAME WITHOUT SPENDING $2,300 NOW. I gave them the opportunity to make things right, and they ignored me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, as this dealership cannot be trusted.

Patriot "Pledge"??? "Service" Contract???

I bought my car in February 2020. I opted to purchase the "Patriot Pledge" service contract against my better judgement. 5 years of oil changes and drive-train warrantee sounded good...BUT here I am almost 2 years later and I have yet to receive so much as a free oil change because, for reasons beyond me, they cannot get their stuff together enough for their left hand to notify their right hand that I PAID FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT 2 YEARS AGO. I've talked to the Finance Manager, left a dozen messages, tried to reach the GM, etc...I've gone through a pandemic, got married, had a kid, and paid off this car in the time that it's taken you to get your records in order. At this point I'd just as sooner have the money back that I spent on this "Patriot Pledge". Can ANYONE help me out here?

Service Department Nightmare

Took my truck in to have it serviced and the employees thought I did not know what was wrong with my vehicle, being a female, I knew what warranty would and would not cover, but the employee insisted that I did not know what he was trying to explain to me. Turns out he messed with the wrong lady!! I know my stuff when it comes to car warranties!!!!

By far worst car buying experience I have ever experienced. I drove from Texas to purchase a vehicle from patriot after calling and setting and appointment to drive and purchase the truck.. Got there and the truck was sold and I was never notified. ended up in a vehicle I didnt really want but needed at the time. after 4 hours of waiting around finally go through the financing. after everything was agreed upon and getting back home I try to get my tags from the dmv and im told theres a $3400 charge to get my tags because the dealer failed to put the TTL into the financing agreement. would never recommend the dealership to anyone from any state

Failed to mention issues with the vehicle (wrecked

I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on may 22 and when I bought it the oil pump was messed up so they had to replace it so I didn’t even get to take the jeep home for over a week once we took it home a week later we took it to get a alinement because it was pulling bad to the right, we got it back and went home and it was still pulling so we took it back and they said they did everything they could so we left and went home and it was still pulling. My husband came down with some health issues so we had to take a break from everything and figure out that issue well yesterday we took the jeep back to a dealership yesterday to get it looked at again to see why it was pulling and they said everything looked fine with the alinement and wanted to know if it had ever had front end damage. We of course said no or at least we didn’t think so because the dealership we bought it from never disclosed that it had. A salesman at this dealership we went to yesterday looked at the carfax of this jeep and informed us that this jeep had in fact been wrecked and had front end damage in April of 2018. We were never told by the dealership (patriot Chevrolet) that this vehicle was in-fact in a wreck. This isn’t okay with me because I am pregnant and was pregnant when I bought this vehicle which they were aware of and told them I was in need of something reliable and I was sold a 37000 dollar vehicle that was wrecked and knowingly had issues. They also did not sell me the vehicle for the price they had on their website they sold it to me for a few thousand dollars more. This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership and I will definitely be getting in touch with the GM to hopefully get this issue taken care of before taking further action
