First, michael was exceptional !

First, michael was exceptional !!! Disappointed that when I got my car inspected 2 months ago they didn’t see my tires wearing. (7 years old) Michael pointed out the the wear & recommended to have all 4 replaced. Also he said the car was over due to have the brake & transmission flushed. It was said the tires were in stock. Everything would be donein 2 hours. After waiting 4 hours only to think it would take 1 hour for an oil change & tire rotation. The car was still not done because they we’re waiting on the tires to arrive.. Michael was kind enough to take me home & i waited until 4:00 when they called & said my car was done. The timely matter was unsatisfactory. Thankful they put on my luggage carrier & I had safe tires for my long trip planned. Kudos to Michael!

I have bought 2 cars here and will not be buying another

I have bought 2 cars here and will not be buying another one due to my experiences. I thought the first time may have been a fluke or personnel but I now know that is not the case. I walked in the first time with a large down deposit in my pocket and was discriminated against with my tattoos and work clothes. The second vehicle we just recently purchased has had some issues with owning it for 4 days. Key fob battery was dead, not a big issue, easy fix. Was told to go to Walmart and buy a watch battery for it. They only filled up the tank half full because it is a used vehicle. It’s a 2020 Cadillac with 17k miles…. Check engine light came on and no one could help us. Bad experience with this place!

Service is good but when it comes to sales I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Always have had prompt efficient service here. A bit disappointed that due to lack of shuttle drivers, they were not able to pick up my car at home and deliver it back to me.

Sales person promised the truck would be cleaned & Rdy

Sales person promised the truck would be cleaned & Rdy upon my rival, no jack , not cleaned , most dealer got 110 pt check . Truck manual, and only 1 key was avail, that information not reveal upfront .

Was told the truck would be cleaned detailed and ready upon our arrival, truck was not giving a full 100-110 pt Inspection, the jack was missing , only 1 key avail, finance didn't know my spouse name could be on the title , and not part of finance. Had to be told about gas fill up . 2021 Truck and the maintenance manual missing , operational manual mission , salesperson and manager never mention it , he said ( you know this is a Buick/ GMC dealer not a Toyota dealer) . Thanks .
