    I love Ford in general. I've had a 2004 Explorer, 2011 Explorer, and now a 2013 F150. The only issue I have is that my last oil change took 2 hours, and I had an appointment that I was waiting there for the service. That seems extreme for a Works oil change.

    Came in for an oil change and that went well. Service desk needs to get a little more organized though. We were called back and the service representative started to talk about someone else's car. HE then was slightly confused and asked which car we had. We told him and we then stood around for several minutes as he went to get the correct owner for the information he had and told us our paperwork had not printed yet. First time at this dealership and first Ford purchase. Overall good experience.

    Mark and Greg were both very helpful in selecting my new car. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the test drive and in helping me track down a vehicle with the trim package I wanted (my car ended up coming from Michigan). In fact all the staff I encountered did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions and we're willing to take the time to find the right vehicle for me. My family has bought 3 vehicles from Soerens Ford over the years and I would definitely recommend them.

    I just leased my 4th Ford Escape from Soerens Ford and before that bought 2 Fords. Ask me why I keep going back? Because of John Schultz. I followed John from Best Ford to Soerens.     Mark Schwerm was wonderful to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable working with him. He was helpful in assisting me in finding exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, rather than pressuring me into something I didn't want. After shopping at a few other places, I knew he was the person I wanted to work with. Additionally, the other staff members at Soeren's were very friendly and were willing to take the time to explain information fully. Overall, it was a positive car-buying experience.
