The dealership building is going to be torn down. If I reviewed anything negatively it would be the building. The salesmen we sealed with were great!!!... The financial lady was nice but a little over the top. Way too loud and had to do too many things. That part of the process took way too long. Not all her fault. Her partner in that dept. was away at Volkswagen training.
Bought a CPO and the experience was extremely positive. Patrick and Charles were extremely helpful as well as everyone else. No high pressure, stress... fee experience. Would highly recommend. Plus I bought from out of state and the process was very easy.

Went to Ernie von Schledorn's GMC/Buick store in Menominee Falls. I had been looking for a late model formerly leased Buick Enclave and found one on their... web site. I called and talked to Ayinde Garry, a Sales Consultant. He's a wonderful guy with an absolute trustworthy demeanor. When we met Ayinde, it felt like meeting an old friend. He answered our questions, worked with us in negotiating a price we could afford, and spent time making sure the deal worked for us as much as for them. Not had a car buying experience like that in a long time. Can't recommend him enough, and EVS as a dealership. I know that as long as Ayinde is there, I'll be back!

Apparently they don't need any business. Inquired about a lease and gave specifics, and never got anything back after initial response from Tony. Horrible... customer service. Emailed him a few times as I am going to get something this weekend and really wanted information. Still nothing. Brutal experience would rate 0 if possible. Will spend my money elsewhere.
Got a certified car two days before and there seems to be poor inspection on the vehicle prior to selling , the front door of the cars are not tight enough... , and there is vibration on the car when braking at high speeds , the main reason for buying a certified is because it would have been inspected clearly prior to selling , in my case , I didn’t expect problems like this would turn just after two hours on my way home

Went in to buy a used vehicle that was being advertised online for $15.5. Offered $15k cash and my trade-in which KBB states was valued @ $750-$1200. I... was offered $300 for my trade-in and we could not come to a deal. I went up to $15.5 plus my trade-in and they came down only $300 and would not take my offer. 6 days later price dropped to $15k online, went in again with same offer and was denied.

I recently started shopping for a new truck. EVS is close to my workplace so I decided to start there. I notified the salesman that I was just beginning... to research and this was my first stop. He was very nice at first. He asked what I was looking for and I explained my needs. He then took me to the highest end truck in the category. I looked it over and agreed it was a nice truck, but more than I wanted to spend. When I pointed out that similar trucks are going for less in the internet he called his manager. Both guys told me those prices were made up and not real. I then asked if they could get closer the other dealers price and it was a flat out no. After this conversation the salesman lost interest in my business and I left. I did however call the other dealer about the price of their truck and it was a valid price. The sale is now pending and I will be saving thousands by making a simple phone call. So thanks EVS for pushing my business away I couldn't be happier.
