I’ve multiple issues with my 07 Jeep Compass and it finally bit the dust. Marie as a sales person and Brian as a service advisor for my Jeep were... great to work with and not pushy about anything.

Speed of transaction I have bought... 3 vehicles now. 2 from Eric Kim and one from John "Happy" Miller. They are the reason I come back to Stanley Nissan. They know their stock and aren't pushy. Happy even had my car delivered to my work so I didn't have to take time off to get it. When it comes time to buy another new vehicle down the road... I will defenately ask for them by name again!!! This was my first visit to Nissan ever since moving to Fairbanks in’92. The staff salespeople, service department and receptionist are extremely efficient... and courteous. I purchased a used suzuki from an individual in Fairbanks so my daughter can have a vehicle for her use in Anchorage. Although I didn’t puchase the vehicle from their dealership, the only thing they wanted to know was “How may we help you”. I wanted them to do a complete inspection of the vehicle. From the time I entered their facility and the time I left was one hour and thirty five minutes. This was without an appointment. The only thing they found was to replace the air filter, which I approved. I would highly recommend Nissan for their high quality of service to anyone. Ford and Chevrolet cannot even come close to Nissan’s quality of service. Yes I have dealt with Ford and Chevy in the attempt to buy “American”, and have done so, but to be truthful their “Quality Of Service” leaves a lot to be desired
Car was in on time, service was completed and I was on my way. Nice waiting room with coffee, TV and restrooms.

Lisa is great in the service department! and it's nice that you guys provide transportation so it doesn't make it such a hard ship when getting my vehicle... serviced!
I appreciated getting in for an oil change at the last minute on a Friday, my schedule is so crazy busy it's difficult for my to plan much in advance.... Lisa the service rep (wrong spelling I know) is a valuable employee she knows me by name, treat me with respect and keeps track of my vehicle and time. And love Hap in the sales department, also knows me by named and helped me purchase an automatic starter as well. Was sad to hear the old gm and finance persons had left, they were both great and helped me purchase my Nisaan rogue last summer.
