I paid 100$ for an oil change and drove all the way to Las Vegas, NV, where I got another service done when they discovered that the cvt transmission fluid had been spraying out for the last 5,000 miles because someone from the Nissan Fairbanks did not replace the cap on my transmission fluid after they checked it. This branch should be shut down for being incompetent. Don't go here!!!

Thieves! We made a deal on a new Car. We went back with cash in hand and were told the price was now 3500.00 more. Take it or leave it. We picked up our money and left. I bought the car at another dealer with many More options for the same price. Never buy a car from them.
Curtis was great to work with, very personable. He went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. When there was a delay with MY bank processing the loan he let us take the new vehicle home and he just texted when the paperwork was ready for us to come back and sign.

I’ve multiple issues with my 07 Jeep Compass and it finally bit the dust. Marie as a sales person and Brian as a service advisor for my Jeep were great to work with and not pushy about anything.
Used car purchase/inspection
This was my first visit to Nissan ever since moving to Fairbanks in?92. The staff salespeople, service department and receptionist are extremely efficient and courteous. I purchased a used suzuki from an individual in Fairbanks so my daughter can have a vehicle for her use in Anchorage. Although I didn?t puchase the vehicle from their dealership, the only thing they wanted to know was ?How may we help you?. I wanted them to do a complete inspection of the vehicle. From the time I entered their facility and the time I left was one hour and thirty five minutes. This was without an appointment. The only thing they found was to replace the air filter, which I approved. I would highly recommend Nissan for their high quality of service to anyone. Ford and Chevrolet cannot even come close to Nissan?s quality of service. Yes I have dealt with Ford and Chevy in the attempt to buy ?American?, and have done so, but to be truthful their ?Quality Of Service? leaves a lot to be desired

Speed of transaction I have bought 3 vehicles now. 2 from Eric Kim and one from John "Happy" Miller. They are the reason I come back to Stanley Nissan. They know their stock and aren't pushy. Happy even had my car delivered to my work so I didn't have to take time off to get it. When it comes time to buy another new vehicle down the road... I will defenately ask for them by name again!!!
