  • Check Engine Light is Still On

    They have been unable to fix the check engine light on my 2016 Malibu, it only has 14000 miles on it. It has been in the service department 5 time...

    They have been unable to fix the check engine light on my 2016 Malibu, it only has 14000 miles on it. It has been in the service department 5 time. They are telling me it is a "Chevrolet problem" and only Chevrolet can fix it.

    First and foremost is the knowledgeable service advisor Jerrod. He was polite, informative, contacted me throughout the process and always kept me informed. Second was the loaner - I was always a bit miffed when I'd bring in a nice truck and get a tiny dirty spare tire to drive. This time I was very surprised to get an equal value vehicle - a 2017 Ford F150 - it was a vehicle that I was comfortable with, familiar with, and I was able to see the new 2017 features like an extended test drive. That keeps me in touch with the new trucks so when I am ready to upgrade from my 2013 F150 Platinum I already have an inkling of what to expect. It was also great that Jarrod explained everything, worked with me on costs, warranty coverage, options, and even washed my truck. It is so nice to get a clean truck back!
