I have read in multiple places on line that 100% customer satisfaction is the goal that Mike Shaw GMC strives to reach. I also watched a youtube video... of Mike Shaw himself and he says the same thing about 100% customer satisfaction. I am trying to get an issue resolved and no one seems to care about getting back to me. I have sent 2 emails to General Manager Mike Fitzpatrick (I called ahead of time to make sure he was there to receive the email) and I left a voicemail for General Sales Manager A.J. Ager (also called ahead of time to make sure he was there). 4 days later..... still nothing

We worked with Lete and Adam during our GMC truck purchase. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They did not "sales" pressure us... at all, no haggling back and forth, and said several times, no pressure, take your time to decide, it's a big purchase. Great truck buying experience.

I don't think I could be happier with the entire process. Harlon reached out to me on my request and was professional, friendly and had upfront honesty.... Randy the manager met my pricing request and was flexible even though I lived over an hour away. Tyler was my salesman and he truly had my best interest in mind. He kept me informed and attended to every need and request. Finally Mike in financing was very transparent and made things work. I came in guarded as you might coming in to play the game of buying a vehicle and the ensured every barrier was easily stepped over. Love my truck and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

At first when going into the dealership they were very polite tried to make a deal happen I took the truck back because check engine light came on they... wanted me to pay for the parts to fix the vehicle before I took delivery of the vehicle and then became very rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend I asked for a refund of my down payment and I am still waiting for that refund 5 days later and I would not recommend this company to anyone

went on monday 26th feb. around 2 in the afternoon...older gentlemen was outside...told him we were looking at the trucks...well i guess because we drove... up in our 05 chevy impala and apparently our "looks"...he seemed not interested.. we asked to look inside one of the trucks, but it was locked instead he found one that was opened...we liked one for 35k but he didn't even offer to get keys to it...i said well it is over our budget by 2k...no offer to even test drive...hummm...we decided to leave, but i did tell him we were paying with cash...nothing...but then he did notice our plates and said you people from pueblo....lmbo..ok...by the way my husband is retired military officer, our credit score is 820, don't judge a book by its cover...we both felt we were judged...i guess we didn't meet the "criteria"

Eric Bates takes great care of me when I take my car in, He makes sure its completely repaired before its returned to me. He has great customer service... skills and if you leave him a message he calls you back in less than five minutes, he keeps me updated on the repair progress and how long its going to take. He makes sure I have a car to drive, when my car is getting repaired . Im really glad that they were able to reprogram because this car has been scary with the steering locking up, the navigation screen going black and the car being totally dead for no reason . Im so thankful for Eric Bates service consultant, he really knows how to take care of customers at Mike Shaw GMC Buick.

They gave me several great options for tires and explained everything. The finished my car quickly and the price that was quoted is what the final price... was. I also got an alignment and I thought it came at a great price!
