Poor Sales Department
Was shopping local for a grand Cherokee but Michael Mitchell insisted on the $399 up sell from his dealership for a third brake light. How sad is that. The manufacture made the car with a brake light and you are scamming locals during the pandemic for a additional brake light, wow. This dealer is definelty greedy. Greed at its finest. Don't buy local, stay far away from this dealership for sure.
IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER
I just got a brand new and exciting 2020 Dodge Charger R/T. Excellent quality, very quiet and comfortable, plenty of pep and amazing electronics. The engineering and assembly work is no short of miraculous. I especially like the visibility and blind spot warning system. Also, to go with this superb vehicle is the superb salesperson who convinced me to get this car and helped me pick it out on the lot. Very courteous, flexible, and accomodating. His knowledge of the vehicle is remarkable and is very customer oriented. His name: Noah, a veteran who is competent and takes his job seriously. I also wish to commend Charlie who set up the finances for me and arranged for a super lease deal on my Charger. I've been doing business with Tom Bell since 1990 and have always come away satisfied with past new car purchases and the service dept. Anytime you have a problem the Gen. Mgr. Junior Beaurone is right there to help, but don't expect any problems.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you have a work space in the customer waiting area. It allowed me to get all my holiday cards written while waiting for my Jeep! The free Starbucks coffee was an excellent touch, too, for an early appointment. I'd also like to compliment the service adviser, Michael. As a woman who was around when times were different, it still means a lot to me to be spoken to as if I understand my vehicle (which I do, mostly). It makes the conversation intelligent. Michael advised me about which maintenance would need attention next, which helps me to plan for it financially. It kind of bugs me that maintenance visits aren't as fast as they used to be -- such is the nature of the way vehicles are designed now -- but the adviser, the workspace and even the coffee all help to keep the time productive.
