DO NOT.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT bring your car here for service. They will kie and try amd scare you into repairs that are not needed. My wife and our infant son went there for transmission service. They told my wife, she has a hole in her radiator her shocks have a hole in them. They don't feel safe with her driving the car. But for the low price of $6500 they will everything. She calls me freaking out. I tell her NO that's a lie. They still insist that it needs to be done and she can do payment plan. We decline. Take it to a family friend who is a mechanic. He checks everything bumper to bumper. Her car is in great condition. BUT THE DEALERSHIP swore her car was going to break down with her and our son. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Take your car/truck/suv somewhere else.

Take your car/truck/suv somewhere else...had my new 2023 Challenger towed in cause it would not start...now over a week later they still have not even looked at it....every time I call they say "oh we are really busy and backed up, but we will get to it." Complete joke of a Service Department!

This place is a joke.

This place is a joke. I originally went in for a miss fire issue. They claimed to have fixed the issue but after about 50 miles the same miss fire retuned. When inspecting my vehicle I found broken bolt connections, torn foam, loose bolts and coil pack 1 bolt was broken loose of its location in the valve cover. I returned and they agreed to fix the bolt and retest the vehicle and fix the issue. They now claim they fixed it again but when I got home I opened the hood and the first thing I see is coil pack 1 completely loose and the head of the bolt has been rounded off. This place is an absolute joke. Their sails department is run buy guys who are not even mechanically inclined. It seems their quality control and mechanics are unable to perform as they say they can. Do not go here!

If I could give a score with a minus, I would do so.

If I could give a score with a minus, I would do so. We purchased a used car for our college student and have had nothing but problems with a car that shouldn't have even been on the lot after their 'inspections' were completed. Now they are sending a demand letter because they chose (without talking to us) to make our 1st car payment. I have spoken to the lender and we do NOT owe it to them and I won't be paying it. Plus they still have not fixed the issue with the car and it is over 4 months later.

Not trustworthy, terrible customer service, and a service

Not trustworthy, terrible customer service, and a service Advisor with an attitude. They charged me for a diagnosis without out the vehicle ever being diagnosed, milage in was same as milage out. To keep from blowing up, I went home, came back in the following day and brought this to the attention of a manager, to me, this is fraud, he agreed this was wrong and I did receive a full refund. Next issue, during this time in service, they did take care of an emissions recall, in which they told me when I came in that they did not have parts for and could not perform that service, that was strange, it got done. But what they neglected to do, is not giving me the proof of corrections form that is needed for my next DMV registration renewal when I picked the truck up. I did not know I needed this document until I researched it. I got the form a week later. Now, when it comes to recalls being done, I do believe they are very selective and partial. I say this because I had 2 earlier recalls and the said they only had parts for 1 but an employee showed me that they hand over 50 to 75 parts on a shelf that they said they had no parts for which was the 2nd recall I needed performed. This item was the transmission dip stick recall. Again, I will never return to this dealership due to dishonest service technicians, poor customer service and advisors with attitudes.

Went to the Dealership expecting to get a job well done.

Went to the Dealership expecting to get a job well done. When I got home I checked under the hood and they forgot to put my engine cover back on also when they checked my air cleaner they left two bolts out. My service writer Carlos was excellent but the guy that serviced my vehicle was not. (Armando Garcia ) #380

Service Department Insults it's Customer.

This review is directed to the service department. I purchased a used 2015 Jeep with 40k miles on it. I quickly learned it had overheating issues. It had a misfire, cylinder 3, and my personal mechanic did a block test and it failed. There is a warped head, thus the misfire. My Portfolio warranty said I need to have the work done at a dealership. Redlands was the closes. After 3 weeks, their experts said it passed a block test and it was thermostat and leaky hose clamps. I paid $659 and drove it 10 minutes and it ran hot. I turned it around and asked, "Did you even test the Jeep? Paperwork says no more overheating after test drive, and you replaced hose clamps, thermostat, and topped off coolant." I showed them a photo of the heat gauge at 3/4. They scrambled around and said let us check it out again. After 2 days, I get a call and they said they found the issue. It was a leaky hose clamp and low in coolant. $259 we can fix it. I couldn't believe it. I said, "Are you kidding? Your paperwork says you just fixed this! This is so insulting. Do you really want me to believe that a hose clamp is causing overheating? How insulting is this. It has a warped head." Their supervisor got an ear full, and I read him their insane diagnosis. He asked to keep it one more day so they can do a block test with a better mechanic. It failed the block test. NO WHERE DID HE PUT THIS ON THE PAPERWORK. He then told me they will remove the heads and get the warranty to sign off and will help with the price. One week, 2 weeks, third week I had enough. They never touched it, and their communication was horrible. I asked to see my Jeep, it was out in the boneyard, filthy. Plenum cover detached under the hood. I brought it on August 3. Took it away September 18th. And what did they fix? Not a darn thing. I am out $659 with a false diagnosis, over 6 weeks of nothing. I lifted the hood, re-snapped on the plenum cover and got it out of there as quick as I could.
