I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Ram dealership in Redlands, CA, specifically involving a salesman named Sal. Unfortunately, the entire process was filled with evasiveness and a lack of transparency. I initially asked Sal for the best out-the-door price on a specific truck, and he provided a number but refused to give a full breakdown of that price beyond just the sales tax. When I pressed for details, he admitted that the dealership adds some additional package or fee to all their vehicles. He then outright stated that he didn’t want to disclose the full breakdown because he assumed I would just take that information and buy from another dealership if I knew what the extra charges were. In other words, the entire interaction felt deceptive and untrustworthy. I was simply trying to make an informed decision on a major purchase, and instead I was met with secrecy and a refusal to be straightforward about the costs. Because of this experience, I will absolutely not be doing any business with Redlands Ram, and I would caution others to be wary of the kind of tactics they might encounter there.

I went in to the dealership to have service on my 2021

I went in to the dealership to have service on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail hawk. During my wait time I was able to drive the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S all EV and fell in love with the way it drove. The team at Redlands Jeep was able to get me into the vehicle at an ultra low lease payment price and give me a very fair trade in price on my Trailhawk. The staff at Redlands is very professional and handled all aspects of the transaction in a honest and quick manner. I would highly recommend Redlands Jeep to anyone considering one of their products.

This is my seventh vehicle I’ve purchased from Redlands

This is my seventh vehicle I’ve purchased from Redlands Dodge starting with Tom Bell Chevrolet years ago however Redlands Dodge has been my go to for a new pick up or vehicle for the last 14 years. I always appreciate enjoy the professionalism, the courteous the direct business with prices, etc. currently I have been dealing with Grahgm and Bill in sales also with Fred in Service and Edgar the assistant to sales all of these people have been professional honest and very attentive to my needs for vehicle purposes. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional service and with people with integrity and honesty. Best dealership in the area.

The Redlands Dealership is very welcoming. Everyone treats you like you are the most important person there. Especially Mike, she has been working with me patiently for several months to help me make the best choice in a vehicle.

They want my new vehicle for up to 3 days to checkout

They want my new vehicle for up to 3 days to checkout what the issue is. It has been in twice before for the same issue, do you think they already know what’s wrong since they have replaced the same part twice already! Asked for a loaner vehicle they offered me a rental. My car is still under warranty and only has 14k. They suck!!

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME buying a car from this place! I made a HUGE mistake buying a used 2023 vehicle with 24,000 miles on it. It was fairly new & claimed to be “certified pre-owned”. Literally 11 days into driving this car I find out that something basic as the windshield wipers aren’t working properly. You would think that as a dealership, they would inspect these cars before selling them or at least mention something about it BEFORE buying the car, but clearly they don’t know how to do their job and are VERY MISLEADING! I’ve called several times about the issue and at this point it seems like you have to break an arm and leg just to talk to someone who can help you. I’ve been redirected several times, even left voice mails for the manager, was told that someone would get back to me. It’s been 4 days now & not a single person has called me back about this supposedly “certified” car. I was the one making follow up calls, I was the one reaching out, I was the one making all the effort. I have been so patient with them! BUT THEY ARE USELESS! They WILL NOT call you back, you have to be the one to follow up EVERY time! Now they’re making it seem like this “repair”, which should have been functioning before I even got the car, was going to come out of my pocket?! What a joke! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! These people don’t prioritize their customers at all! They sure know how to be polite & accommodating when you’re looking/buying car from them but all of a sudden, once the deal is done they’re deaf to hearing your concerns, blind to seeing the problem, and wash their hands clean of the vehicle they have sold you. Do yourself a favor & skip this place if you’re looking for a car.
