From my initial telephone conversation with Jim Galbraith, the internet master, to the final paperwork, my son and I were treated with such friendly, excellent service. In particular, John Montgomery, our sales consultant, skillfully guided us through our test drive and answered all of our question concerning the features in the Chevy Cruze. When I decided to purchase the Chevy, John kept us fully informed as he gathered our purchase information, especially taking care to explain the details since this was going to be an out-of-state purchase.
