    Gordy was great, met him on my lunch to test drive the car, came back that evening to sign the paperwork. He understood and took to heart my expecations and budget. I will recommend Sommers to my friends and family.

    Had a good vibe right away, and Alex made sure to truly understand my needs Real easy to communicate with, often by text, yet always got info I needed. Real pleased with the simply classy atmosphere at Sommers, and the outstanding sales experience. I can???t believe I am even saying this! Well done!

    My husband and I went to test drive a WRX for my birthday with no intention of buying this year. Steve Hanke didn't pursue us to buy and answered all our questions. We decided less than a week later to buy a WRX but we wanted certain features that were hard to find and we didn't want to wait and order it. Steve helped look for the vehicle and gave a more than fair quote. This vehicle was at another dealership and when it came down to getting it he went out of his way to get the vehicle himself so it would be there when we wanted it. Any time we had concerns he was able to help us and is very personable. Sommer's is great but Steve defiantly makes it the best place to go for a Subaru.

    We're always apprehensive when buying a car. We were very satisfied with the openness and honesty of both Adam and Michael. The entire buying experience was enjoyable and we would recommend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Adam in sales and Michael in finance.

    Amber Budd, Thanks for such great service yesterday. You were awesome to work with and so patient when I had a million questions. I never felt that my "one more thing" was ever a problem for you. Your bright personality made the process seamless. Traveling home in the storm yesterday I realized why I love Subaru...I felt safe, secure and most of all like I was hugging the road all the way.

    With purchasing two vehicles at the same time, you'd expect a little more attention, right? But Sommers' employees exceeded our expectations! Don Ciardo made multiple dealer visits a breeze while we worked through all our options with us and Scott totally nailed the finance end of things... even going above-and-beyond by coming in on his day off to make sure the final paperwork went smoothly. After enjoying 14 years of service with our old Subie, I'm seriously looking forward to many more visits to Mark F. In the service dept., too! We're so lucky Sommers is just a short drive away. They really have the "total package" when it comes to awesome dealerships and wonderful employees!!!

    Haven't had any experience with the sales department, but my experience with the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Came in with a check engine light that they said would be fixed by installing a new catalytic converter. The light came back on within a week. In the months since they've been unable to diagnose the problem with my engine despite having "Master Technicians" and the vehicle's computer system. Just today I was in for scheduled maintenance. It's just an overpriced oil change. Services I was told over the phone would be completed were not done. Shame on me for not getting the quote in writing, but the only reason I scheduled with them was because of what I was sold over the phone. They didn't even get the oil I requested right. I'll avoid going here for any future service, and when it's time to buy a new Subaru you can be sure that I'll go out of my way to avoid Sommer's and recommend my friends do likewise.

    So far so good!!! I was not pressured, but received calls. I was given all information I asked for and more to make a good decision. The car came as wanted. Am thrilled to be able to have a technology date to better use all the new technology.
