I call, no one calls me back.
I call, no one calls me back. I have an extended warranty which provides a loaner, you never have one available. Transmission service? Now I have a puddle in my garage.

This was my first time having my car serviced at Heiser.
This was my first time having my car serviced at Heiser. I was impressed on how professional Will was in answering any questions I had. Heiser did an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection in a little over a half hour. I am glad that I bought my Equinox from Heiser.

I've been in twice to have several problems looked at.
I've been in twice to have several problems looked at. One that I think is important is the lane change alert. It doesn't beep until my vehicle is half way over into the next lane. This is dangerous but I've been told nothing can be done about it. There are also several other problems that can't seem to be fixed.
