I enjoyed my experience working with the team.
I enjoyed my experience working with the team. I alerted my salesman Korbin of my interest on a used vehicle and that I would traveling 4hrs from the DFW area. I was well taken care of from the moment I walked out of my vehicle. Asked if I would like some refreshments and made me comfortable after the long drive. The process was pretty easy and working with the rest of the team was a great experience as well. The follow up afterwards was a nice touch and provided information I needed post sale. I would recommend working with the group.

This was my second service visit, to repair a small leak.
This was my second service visit, to repair a small leak. This was a re-repair as the leak wasn’t originally fixed. Both times I have worked with Zachary who is a true professional and handled my second visit with utmost care and tact. Not only did he ensure the leak was fixed but worked in my state inspection. Zachary’s handling of this matter is what creates customer loyalty. Give that man a raise and promotion!

I have never been treated worse in the many transactions
I have never been treated worse in the many transactions I’ve had w BMW EVER! After buying several BMWs w this dealership. My last (and believe me..MY FINAL) transaction where BMW owed ME money, they refused to pay, and even lost my title to ensure my payment was delayed. Once payment was finally relinquished, they refused to deliver my long over due check same day as promised. I’m still awaiting my $50k payment, more than two weeks after they took AND SOLD my gwagon as collateral, and left me waiting at their mercy, due to their own incompetence. I’m a Beemer girl, tried and true. After this. I’d never buy from a company who values me so little EVER AGAIN!
