This dealer had great customer service from beginner to end. The salesperson was friendly, no pressure which I appreciated and if he did not know an answer he found it for us. The procurement part took awhile like expected but they worked with us until we were comfortable with the loan.

Aimee Orona and Mark LeCompte were phenomenal. I emailed them at some point saying, "I feel a bit embarrassed, but at the same time, I feel comfortable saying I am just unsure about the next step." I changed directions so many times, and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or pressured to continue to do the right thing for ME. In fact, they encouraged it. With how much car buying has changed over time, knowing that there is still trust to be uncovered in the industry was truly a breath of fresh air. Communication never failed. Went in there for an oil change.
Went in there for an oil change. Even though I had an appointment, waiting time was over two hours. Still, the overall experience was great. Nice waiting area with coffee and snacks!
