    As always the Service Department delivers more than expected from most dealerships. I was scheduled for a couple of recalls and they were able to fit me in for a scheduled service without an additional appointment as well. Friendly and thorough they make it easy to entrust your vehicle to their care. You can't help but like them... they are a great department and great for my vehicle maintenance.     I will never purchase another vehicle from again, much less another Chevrolet with the problems I have already encountered. I purchased a new 2016 Silverado on a Friday, prior to leaving the lot, it had grease stains all over the interior headliner which I had them go back and clean, then prior to leaving the lot, I noticed that the rubber floor mats that come standard where missing, was told that if it wasn't on the window sticker then it wasn't included until I showed them in the Silverado booklet that it was standard in which they then took some from another vehicle. Left the lot with 27 miles on the truck. They asked if I wanted to go thru the on star welcoming while I was there and opted to do it on my drive home as I live 3 hrs away and had been there for 4 hrs with a restless 6 yr old. Low and behold the Onstar didn't work, had to call Onstar in which I was directed to take to a dealer. Following day I wiped the truck down as it had wax spots that stood out to me, find scratches on the front doors in the process. On Monday I contacted my local dealer to bring the vehicle in to have the Onstar fixed, and asked them to look at the scratches while they had the vehicle. Local dealer had the vehicle for 2 days before they determined that it needed a new module which would have to be ordered and I have to take the vehicle back again later this week. So needless to say the dealer has had the vehicle longer than I have. They had there body shop look at the scratches and stated that they wouldn't be able to do anything it want covered under GM warranty and contact the dealer I purchased from. I did just that to basicly be told, not there problem, tough luck for me, every vehicle is inspected prior to them accepting delivery. I'm just wondering how well they are inspected since equipment didn't work when it left the lot, I didn't know vehicles come with factory grease stains since that was plain as day and obviously missed, and standard features where missing that they had no idea about. So NO, I won't be back and surely will not recommend to anybody I know.

    Doing business with the salesman Barry Hardee has been pleasurable without the games other dealerships play. I have purchased two vehicles from him and he will be the one that I go to for my next. All my experiences has been wonderful when my vehicle have been serviced. The dealership is not just about selling you a car but taking care of your needs after you purchase the car.

    Found a car of interest on the Internet, and took a ride to "Stanleyville), (which I had never heard of,) and met Barry Hardee, the original seller of the vehicle in question. Barry is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. And, since the whole point of this trip was to see this perfect car, the only thing we had to say was, "Barry, help us buy this car!" Needless to say, he did, and we're happy he did. We feel we've made a new friend!

    I brought my vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation. This was my first visit to your facility, my second Chevrolet dealership visited for an oil change since my move to Richmond in January. As a former out of state Chevrolet dealership employee, I always judge/critique stores I visit. My advisor, Ted, was courteous and polite. His ETA for the completion of services was fairly accurate, and the property, inside and out, was immaculate. I drove past another Chevrolet dealership to visit your store and after the positive visit I had, I'll continue to do that in the future!
