    I bought Honda CRV from here. I was extremely pleased by the knowledge and professionalism shown by the two salesmen ; Dale Darling and Gino. Both of them greeted and made me feel at home at the same time helped answer my queries and clarifications. I would particularly like to mention Dale Darling who went a out of the way to ensure that I get the delivery on the desired date. A big thank you and thumbs up to Dale Darling for this ¿

    Very recently, I purchased a 2015 Nissan Quest from this dealership. Before buying it, I had pointed out few scratches on the pre-owned vehicle and also pointed out that interior needed shampooing. I was told buy the sales person that it will be cleaned throughly and buffed before I get it and scratches will be taken care of. Once I signed all documents and was ready to leave with the purchased vehicle. I noticed that it was not cleaned and nothing had been done about scratches. I asked the sales person and he took the vehicle again to get it cleaned up and take care of scratches. I am still very much disappointed that being a very big dealership, that don't care how the vehicle is before a customer gets it. Vehicle is just so so from inside and nothing done on the outside. I was only given our end key fob as well, when it should be 2. Extremely disappointed and will not recommended this dealership nor will I come back here.

    This place is run poorly. Just called on a car listed on multiple sites and the dealership site. Found out it was an off lease, sold to the previous customer. It was never up for sale. They listed the off lease just to bait and switch new customers. Also, a few months ago I drove from 1.5 hours away to view one of their cars. I called ahead to see if the car was available. It was but they said it wasn't detailed yet(even after several days listed). I told them I prefer to see how the car came in and had other cars to look at afterwards so time was short. When I got there, the salesman said they sent it out for detailing anyway and it would be back in 5 min.... 30 min later it arrived. Took it out and there was NO gas!!! Waste of my time.

    I had a great experience with Chris Krause in the sales department while purchasing the 2011 CRV that I came in to check out. He was not pushy at all, very helpful & understanding when it came to decision making time. He made sure the car was nice & clean and full of gas before I took it home which was great customer service. I will most definitely recommend them to everyone!!

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WILDE HONDA FOR ANYTHING. BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM THEM, THERE WAS TIRE PRESSURE INDICATOR ON. THEY TOLD THEY FIXED IT BEFORE THE CAR WAS HANDED TO ME. BUT THE INDICATOR REMAINED. I WENT TO KIA DEALER, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE TIRE WAS TORN AND THE AIR WAS LEAKING. I CAME BACK AND ASKED WILDE HONDA FOR REPLACEMENT TIRE AS THE CAR WAS BOUGHT LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE. THEY DID NOT ENTERTAIN ME. THEY SAID ONCE BOUGHT, IT IS MY HEADACHE. SO I GET A FAULTY CAR WHICH THEY ASSURED WAS GOING TO ALRIGHT AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY ISSUES IN FIRST 30 DAYS AND THEN THEY SCREW ME. DON'T GO TO WILDE HONDA, IF I HAD THE POWER I WOULD BOYCOTT THEM ALTOGETHER

    My wife and I bought a used car from Jon Kent at Wilde Honda. This was our first time buying a car, and we had a great experience. We came in unsure of exactly what model we wanted and Jon helped us find a car that checked all the boxes on our wishlist. Jon is a patient and attentive salesman. Jon worked with us for an afternoon and showed us quite a few cars until we found the one we wanted, but was understanding when we wanted to think for a night and do some research on the car. My wife mentioned that we prefer our windows tinted darker than factory tint. When we told Jon we were coming back the next day to see the car again, he had the service center tint the windows before we got there. A great surprise at no extra cost to us! Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend Wilde for anyone shopping for a car.
