    Can I rate six stars instead of five? I just bought a 2016 Elantra at this location and I am so happy I did! I absolutely love my vehicle. But most importantly, I loved working with my sales representative, Brian Nord. He made the experience worthwhile and I was comfortable making the big decision of buying my brand new car. He was never pushy nor did I feel like I was being sold a car during my experience. I had previously visited a local Nissan dealership and had a HORRIBLE experience (they're still calling to sell me a car despite me asking them not to multiple times). It wasn't even 48 hours after I left Hyundai until someone made their first ding in my vehicle and Brian happily went above and beyond to set up an appointment for one of their staff members to take a look at it when I called and asked for some advice. His concern through the entire experience was that I was leaving the dealership taken care of and happy. He still treated me as a customer despite his sale being over. I believe in the power of an experience and this is why I would recommend visiting arrow Hyundai to purchase your next vehicle. I highly recommend asking to work with Brian Nord. You will not leave disappointed.

  • Service is down after change in ownership.

    Came in for an old change and suspension noise. They didn't carry 2 of a suspension part you need 2 of for a fix. Had to wait for the part deliver...

    Came in for an old change and suspension noise. They didn't carry 2 of a suspension part you need 2 of for a fix. Had to wait for the part delivery. Then they busted 2 lug nuts and screws taking off my wheel. Charged me full labor and parts for that and I had to wait another hour and a half. Stay away. I asked if there were any deals or coupons that related to any of the work or extra work. No we changed owners and don't know if they will do that. Well I do know I am not coming back. I tried to make an appointment online. I had to call 2 days later to get an appointment. They blamed the administrator of the web site. No apology.

    Had a military rebate that took over 4 months to receive. Was not informed at the time of purchase that the 5 years 50000 miles warranty was not included in purchase. That's one of the main reasons I buy Hyundai cars. Found that out when they called over a year later wanting me to buy that warranty. When I said I thought it was included in the purchase of the vehicle. I was treated very rudely. When the person on the phone insisted that I purchase the warranty but I hesitated because this was thrown at me all of sudden and wanted to think about it. Was treated even more rudely. Than the salesperson hung up on me. Very unprofessional not very nice. Will take my business else where. It's sad that Arrow and Hyundai can't backup their cars with Americas best warranty anymore. Tells a lot about their confidence in their vehicles. Not as reliable or well built as in the past. Sad . Lost me as a loyal customer.

This third party is not in any way affiliated with Your Salesmen or this dealership. Hyundai offers a 5yr 60,000 which we see you have received. We are glad we could resolve this issue.
