    I would like to write a great review about my great friend and Sales Consultant, Ralph Price. Prior to coming to Amato, I was involved in an Auto Mobile accident, and my insurance company told me that they were unable to cover the damages to my car, so they wrote it off as a total loss. As a result the insurance company took the vehicle, which left me without a car. When I called and explained my situation to Ralph, and he was able to get me into a much better vehicle, (The Hyundai Sonata). This is my first Hybrid car, and all of the features and accessories are simply amazing! Ralph is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He made the sales transition very smoothly, and I left with a good and happy feeling. I had to opportunity to work with Ralph over the years, and he is indeed a wonderful person, who goes out of his way to help people. I most certainly will recommend Amato Automotive, and of course Ralph Price to my friends, family and acquaintences. I would also like to mention Lisa Hughes, Business / Finance Manager, who processed my paperwork and an effective and efficient manner. She too, was very pleasant, helpful and patient. I want to personally say "Thank You", Amato for giving me a fresh start and putting in a wonderful vehicle!!! I can't stop driving this car!!!!     After doing the credit app online I got a call back the next day saying that I was approved which was great. But give me a sales associate on the phone was a hard time when I did get her on the phone I schedule an appointment and unfortunately I had something that came up on the day of my appointment so I went in the following day customer service was really nice Lisa is the finance manager had a great attitude I just knew for sure that I will be getting the car unfortunately after sitting for some time I'm due to my credit I was told that she would give me a call on Monday then went home and discuss my situation with the family member that was willing to cosign for me so with that being said I placed a phone call over several different times to get in contact with either Lisa the finance manager or the sales associate to let them know that I had a willing cosigner I could not get them I left messages and they will not return I then started calling on Monday at noon which I happening to the dealer on that Saturday I have not yet to talk to anyone in regards to me getting the car the status of my application or anything I'm is really disappointing to have someone tell you that you know you can get a car your prove if I had the money down or the cosigner and like I said I'd I have the money I'm talking about could have the money and I had a willing cosigner and it's just disappointing because you can't get anyone on the phone to help you and then when you call the main number and explain to them they couldn't direct me in the right direction either. So with that being said my service that I received from John Amato on 76th Street overall it was below average and I'm still really disappointed at this time.

    I never negotiated a car deal on the internet before went back and forth several times and ended up with a great deal. Didn't know what to expect when I got there, but sales staff was helpful and friendly. Mark showed us all the features of the Elantra and took us out for a test drive. Overall a great experience. I like cars but I don't like buying them generally, maybe now that's changed.
