Told the salesman 3-4 times that I did not want a

Told the salesman 3-4 times that I did not want a warranty. Made me sit around for 2 hours while they were “getting the paperwork together “. Finance guy did not review important details just said “sign here”. Later learned that I had purchased a warranty!!!! Now I have to fight to get rid of it. Terrible Terrible service. Reinforcing I the idea that you can’t trust dealerships.

Most of my experience has been with the service

Most of my experience has been with the service department, which I found to be excellent. Purchasing a new Jeep was relatively painless, however, it could’ve been far more efficient if I dealt with Clayton Duckworth directly.
