I was hired at Gordie Boucher Lincoln in 2010 and quickly became one of the top 20 sales consultants at the Boucher Auto Group. Customer Satisfaction has always been my specialty since I first got into the car business back in 1998. Wisconsin born and raised, I graduated from Dominican Highschool in 1997, and attended UW Parkside and MATC. I currently live in the Sussex-Hamilton school district with my wife and child.

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.

Every one I came in contact ,with at Boucher Lincoln was very nice they offer you snacks and drinks while you wait we even share stories. I learn the manager even has his own reggae band his music is really nice they are very friendly ,helpful if you decide to go there you will feel right at home very warm smiles 😊 😁 that's why my nexts vehicle I will definitely go back to them . You should meet them you will definitely will make them apart of your family as well ❤️‍🩹

Dawn Kelly and the Boucher Lincoln service department crew are awesome!!!!!! They all take great care of and pay the utmost attention to my 2018 Ford Mustang convertible. They have been providing awesome maintenance on my vehicle ever since I purchased it pre-owned back in December 2019.
