Waited a 1 1/2 weeks for a call letting me know the parts
Waited a 1 1/2 weeks for a call letting me know the parts were in to fix my car...heard nothing...so i called, "yeah those parts came in last week"...well that would have been good to know. I guess Amanda is hit or miss...she was okay today...I unstand we all have bad days. I am still waiting to hear back about the 1st incident, they had told me to reach out via email/phone number. I have done both, haven't heard a single word about being charged when I was told the service was going to be free. No follow through from management it appears.

Nice dealership but was told I needed two new rear shocks
Nice dealership but was told I needed two new rear shocks and the guy didn't give me a reason as to what was wrong with them. Told him I would take for a second opinion as my husband works for Rosen. Glad I didn't fork over $900 since Rosen informed me nothing is wrong with my car.

We are very pleased with the customer service we received from everyone at the dealership. I was particularly impressed with the final check video I received after our last maintenance appointment verifying the battery, tops and air filter quality.
