Every time I go there I get outstanding service. I got an...

Every time I go there I get outstanding service. I got an oil change and had a warranty item taken care of which was going to take longer than I planned. They gave me a ride home so I could take of the next thing on my list for the day and let me know when it was done. I went back to pick it up and everything was handled very efficiently at the desk and I was right back out. It is this customer service that made me go to Heiser when I bought my car.

My recent experience at Heiser Chevrolet was outstanding. Greg Koss kept in contact with me during my lease ending procedure and got me into a new vehicle in no time. He was easy to communicate with and showed eagerness to help me. The finance department helped me find what I can afford and made it happen. Thanks guys. I'll be a customer for a long time.

I'm disappointed. There are issues with the car. I've...

I'm disappointed. There are issues with the car. I've had my Malibu for about a month. Something is rattling in the dash, something is wrong with the heating system and I believe the driver seat is damaged in some way. I mentioned at the time of delivery that the cloth was wrinkled on the driver's seat. Now that I have been driving the car for a short time, the seat feels lumpy and it is very uncomfortable when driving for any length of time. I feel my issues are being ignored.
