I put down a deposit on a used SUV and thats when my headaches began - over the course of three days...let me count who all dropped the ball at Schlossman... Elvin (Sales Guy) I texted him the payout amount to the bank, he still got it wrong on the paperwork Bill in Finance - I called and waited two hours and called again and he finally emailed the numbers but not the purchase agreement Jacob in Finance - Kept calling me "buddy", I'm not and it's not professional! He was supposed to email the purchase agreement; I waited two hours. I called back and spoke with ... Chris - New Car Sales Manager - He kept talking over me and cutting me off. He took the bank info and my contact info at 2pm. I called the bank at 350pm and his email arrived at 4pm so I think the bank called him and he remembered to do what he was going to do rightaway at 2pm. This is still ongoing so I will post an update later
Have a bad experience with my interior exterior warranty repairs however the management helped me through the process and made me very happy in the end.... Thank you Honda City, Josh F., Bob G and upper management! I appreciate your help

I had a great car buying experience with Tom at Schlossmann's. Tom is super personable and easygoing. I got a great deal on my car, and Tom even drove... to my work the following week to give me a one-on-one tutorial on my car and set up the vehicle's smart technology. When I wasn't fully pleased with an aspect of the dealer's paint touchups, the dealership was understanding and quick to remedy the issue. In the weeks that followed my purchase, Tom reached out to see how everything was going with the new car -- and even texted me a happy birthday! I would definitely buy a car here in the future, and I would recommend asking for Tom if you want a friendly, easygoing salesperson.
My husband made a appointment last week at 1pm he brings my car mind you he took off of work to do this. The person tells him he does not have the time... to do it. That the person over booked seriously not my problem. So he made another appointment tell me why we did don’t know why. So he brings the car in tells them that the air conditioning was not working and check the locks. Guy comes back and tells him that my front brakes needs to be done. And my air conditioner needed a compressor which for my air would of been 1370.00 so my husband and I decided not to do the air. Just the brakes front and the discs and makes sure you fix the locks so the brakes and the locks. The guy said my drivers side was under warranty so he said ok. He pays the bill 900 and some dollars and some cents. So he drives home and my locks kept locking so he calls the guy he says you never told me to do the locks. But charged us to check them and the air conditioner he said to the guy for front brakes and what you only did it was that price seriously are they gold? Just wondering the guy said well sir things are expensive smh. I say they are robbers and I would run the other way. Please read other reviews they charge way way to much for things! I will not ever go there again and I will by work if mouth make sure people know you are High way robbers

Researched Marion who works at this dealership. She boasted online how good she was at getting people with lower credit cars. Went in, she already made... up her mind. Had attitude over the phone, even got into an argument as she seems to either not know how to handle her time well, or likes to put things off. She does not seem at all educated in getting people with lower credit scores a good car as after learning she could not, went over to Manyo Motors and now this Friday I am to pick up my new used car. She asked unrelated questions to my grandparents insurance and personal life. She was crabby, rude, and assumed too much. Surprised how she has a job there. Disgusting how one person can have so much bad customer service. As someone who lives in a tourist town, works in the food industry as a waitress I know how important it is to deal with customers openly and honestly. Marion couldn’t even give a straight answer, whether it was a yes or no. I wasted 3 days waiting on her when I could have used those days getting this Prius sooner. Will never come again, and hope Marion learns a thing or two about customer service and how to be realistic about the things she’s able to do.
Today I agreed on a purchase price for a new CRV and gave my credit card for a down payment. Hours later, I had a voice mail saying they were not honoring... the deal we had and they would offer me a lower model car for the agreed upon price! Totally unethical dealing! Will report this to State consumer protection! Outrageous!
Have leased or purchased 6 vehicles from Honda City. Will continue to have both of my Honda's serviced at the dealership. Very courteous, respectful... sales, finance and service teams!
Disappointed with the service of my Honda Civic. Steam was coming from underneath my car hood and drove my car in for repair. There was a diagnostic charge... to discover two hoses needed replacement- day one. The two hoses were ordered, but one was not the correct one- day two. I was charged the diagnostic fee of $150, $275 Labor and$40 parts- day 3. For the type of repair and the incovenience of days delay, I feel the charge was inappropriate given the circumstances.
