A week ago I contacted this dealer through the Cars.com app to see if a vehicle was still available. I never received a response. I suspect it might be... because the vehicle is no longer available since I can't find it on the dealer's website. If that is the case, why not give the courtesy of a response to say so? Here's the consequence with not extending that customer courtesy. In my Cars.com email confirming my contact, Cars.com suggested another vehicle the dealer also had in their stock. That was actually a welcome recommendation since I would have been interested in that one also. Since the dealer never contacted me, they have lost that opportunity. I won't do business with them now if they don't have the common courtesy to respond to a potential customer's interest in buying from them.
No games and no pressure. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was friendly, accommodating and genuine even though I was very difficult because I was... severely burned before by a previous car purchase from a different car dealer. They remained patient with me. From the salesman Johnny Langhans to the managers Michael Morrison and Dawn Gahlman to the finance manager Hannah Ceskauski it was a great flawless experience. They even all stayed late two hours to complete the purchase. I would highly recommend Boucher KIA for a new car purchase.
Purchased a 2012 Infinity G37x This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever experienced. Kyle Lyon and his manager Robert Gonzales made my... wife and I very comfortable. Beginning with sales and all the way to finance and delivery the process was smooth efficient and most of all enjoyable. I am one that never purchases a maintenance contract but because of the experience all my service will be completed by Boucher. The maintenance contract is well worth the money. I look forward to working with this facility in the future. If you are in the market for a new/used vehicle stop in and ask for Kyle Lyon. You will not be disappointed.
When it's time for you to purchase a new or used car go to Boucher Kia in Milwaukee and ask for Johnny Lee, he is a kind and honest man. I went in with... a specific number/amount in my head and this man worked with me until we where within 10 dollars of that number! Typically I find car sales man pushy not Johnny, he will work hard to try and get you what you want.
Always go with your gut feeling before making a purchase. Long story short I was looking for a unusual vehicle that they had and as nice as the original... contact was with Marvin and the BDC department, it became really clear that dealing with 'management' was going to be an issue. Highly evasive management. Talking to them feels like interviewing a politician, they just look to have it their way and are not customer centric. Meantime they want to brag about how great their service is. Only because I was out of time I went against common sense and take a $175 dollar discount from the advertised price despite the cars history and having sat on the lot for 5 moths. Something as simple as having an issue with the battery from the beginning they will not even resolve and have it replaced having had to call roadside assistance out of my own expense 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Do not trust this group, they are all well trained at the art of evasion and misconstruction of facts. The only promise they make is their reputation and how they go out to take care of their customers and here I am with a dead car not 2 months later. I will go as far as making sure you read the other reviews they have since they do not look legitimate either.
Good facility with great people to deal with. Not your typical high pressure sales team. They took the time to listen. They explained options for purchasing... a vehicle and showed which option was the best deal for us. Also, they provided all the documentation I asked to see. The buying process was very quick.
Worked with Brian and Hannah to buy a new Sorento. By far this was the best car buying experience ever. Brian was wonderful listening for what I wanted... and going over our options. Easy to talk with and genuinely cared to help us quickly find the perfect car. Hannah was amazing and wonderful to work with. So very happy!!
Brian Schwanke and the team at Boucher Kia in Milwaukee helped my step daughter buy a certified pre-owned vehicle to replace her old car. He walked her... through the process and supported her decision making . I have personally bought several cars and have never had as positive experience as I had with Brian and Boucher.
