    Ted Clayton is an amazing salesman! He made the whole experience a breeze and stayed very attentive to my needs. He even wrote me a hand written letter. I love my new truck and the people I dealt with made it even better! Thanks priority! Ted deserves an award.

    I called in mid morning to see if there was an appointment for my NC state auto inspection and was able to arrange a 2:30 in the afternoon appointment. when I arrived at Priority I checked in with Audrey Tribo who I had worked with before and had another excellent experience. My FIT was ready in the 45 minutes that Audrey had estimated and I was able to complete my registration at the DMV office on my way home .

    I am giving 5-star ratings to Honda Priority Huntersville for the following reasons: 1) It was easy to deal with them online and get the car for the price range I was looking for. The car (Pilot EXL with Honda Sensing) was not available at most of the car dealerships in NC hence needed a special order with Honda. 2) Brian from Sales team kept me constantly updated on the progress of the order/delivery. One area of improvement - see below. 3) On the day of the visit to dealership the car was ready , pick up was smooth and no pressure tactics to sell accessories or additional warranty. Ultimately i got what i wanted at the price wanted without much haggling. 4) Getting the car was very easy...It was a Saturday and they agreed to me sending the loan check later next week. They were very flexible. I had the check sent directly to the dealership from my bank but only realized later that i had to authorize on the back of the check. However they sent a person (who had to drive 2 hours - poor thing! ) home to just get my sign - great customer experience! (however, we can simplify this process even furthur my telling the customer upfront to send the check properly authorized etc) Areas to Improve: 1) Although they agreed on the model and price via email but they failed to provide a formal quote with correct information. I guess they didn't want to commit 100% on the quote so that they get more room to negotiate things later.Transparency is key.... 2) They tried pushing the delivery dates ( for whatsoever reason) from what we originally agreed via email. But they had a different color car for same model in their inventory and since I was open to any color I chose to go ahead with it instead of getting the delivery delayed. Again transparency┬┐ and honesty is key...

    One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Eric Crawford was very helpful with answering my questions, and very patient as well. I have had only one other car buying exerience that did not make me feel pressured, and now I can say I have had 2 of those experiences. I did not feel pressured to buy that day, nor did I feel pressured to spend more that I planned. I love the car, and look forward to driving it for years to come!

    I easily scheduled my service appointment online for the time best fitting my schedule. My service advisor, Chris Coley, greeted me when I arrived, went over my service requests, gave me my estimated out-of-pocket expense, how long my service would take and directed me to the customer lounge. I was very pleased to have my service completed precisely on time and at the exact cost Chris estimated. My overall service experience was exceptional and far exceeds previous visits to other dealerships. Thank you very much!
