Take your car in for a simple belt change and you are told things that MUST be done for at least 1200.00. Smelly waiting area, with uncomfortable seating,... no shuttle service, no rental availability, but hey, free coffee. They never seem to have anything on file regarding your appointment that you set up online so you have to go through the whole spiel again. Some service personnel will not even acknowlege you standing there. Svc mgr showed me a checklist of items that were '100% in great shape' when there were at least four items I was aware of (on that list and supposedly checked out) that needed attention such as cabin filter and windshield wipers. All in all the last couple of service visits left me wondering what to believe from the svc mgr or about my car. I can't speak to sales there as I haven't bought a vehicle there and wouldn't dare after years of subpar service and unconcerned personnel (which seems to have a high turnover in the service dept.)

And outstanding dealership with excellence in all areas of the car buying business. Knowledgable sales staff, polite employees throughout the dealership... and an excellent maintenance department that truly works with you. Free car wash with service and free scheduled detailing inside and out. I would not buy a car from any other dealership.

Had a female family member go into the service department to have a noisy console checked in her Hyundai Sonata. She was then told that she needed brakes... and rotors. (car has around 60 K miles on it). This, no doubt, was suggested because she is a woman, and the department figured now is a good time to bring in extra revenue for the day. She figured she'd take it to another repair shop for a second opinion. This should not have been necessary if the service department was doing their job and being honest. At this point, they were just trying to bring in extra revenue for the dealership, instead of properly assessing the situation. If you can't trust a DEALER, then who can you trust? They're supposed to know the car better than anyone else. The next shop she visited asked her who told her that she needed brakes and rotors, because she did not need that at this time. I would have never expected this from this dealership, as the owner has been very successful over the years. The problem is she has no idea what is going on in these situations.
Staff is very courteous and don???t pressure you into buy a vehicle. Their knowledge of the vehicles is very impressive, they know everything about the... cars you look at.
