Great Service

I took my Lincoln Town Car in for service (oil change) and was met by Vince in service who assisted me. The service was excellent and Vince was very helpful. The process only took long enough for me to have a cup of complimentary coffee and read the newspaper. I will definitely be returning for service and will recommend others do the same. Keep up the good work!

Best Experience Ever!

My SalesMan Keith McKinney was super awesome!! Was very professional, he gave me different options that made it easy for me to have decent monthly payments that I can afford while driving a Luxury vehicle. Lincoln Service staff is always amazing!

Excellent Experience!

I contacted the dealer through cars.com Carmen responded in minutes! I initially had my own financing but the dealers rate was better a plus. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I inquired about. Great sales team, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends! I look forward to being a repeat customer!

Oil Change

I was well satisfied with the oil change you did on my Ford Fusion but was a little disappointed that a brake inspection wasn't included in the price of the oil change. I thought it was when I used River Oaks Ford. I would think it would be in your best interest to inspect the brakes, not only with the safety in mind for your customers but also to add more business for your company.
