Great Pre-owned purchase
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them. My sales associate, Miguel wasvery friendly and helpful. The 3 year old vehicle I bought was detailed and in pristine condition. The purchasing process did not take very long. I would definitely buy another card from this dealership.

A Tale of Two Dealerships-90's v. Gene Experience
A Tale of Two Shopping Experiences (Grind v. Treated as an Adult) I began my search by driving to the Far East Valley (20 miles) looking for a Base Lexus RX. I asked for an estimate for my Highlander Limited. I waited for an hour and only got a vague range estimate. But, I did meet 3 people who would not give me a price on the RX. While I cooled my heels, I called Lexus of Chandler and talked to GENE PENNA. I asked Gene if I could get an estimate on my trade-in. I drove over and had an estimate within a reasonable time (low but not offensive). I immediately noted a difference between the 1990's grind of the other dealership and the Chandler experience. With Gene I was treated like an adult, and given straight answers. He explained the different packages, their benefits, and their costs. He knew the product well and most importantly was helpful. At Lexus of Chandler, the tone is set by GM Randy Usery, advance by Greg Walling (Sales Manager), and executed by Gene Penna. As expected we dickered on my trade in, the discounts and rebates, and finance; but, it was professional and efficient. They did not waste my time, and I did not waste theirs. It was the last day of the month and we both wanted a good deal. Before signing, I called back the first dealership to get their specific and final answer on my trade in and their base price; and they would still not give me either numbers, but assured me that if I just came back they would give me an impressive purchasing experience. But the funny thing is, I had already done so with no nonsense-Gene and no-BS Greg. If you want to buy a Lexus, call Gene or Greg.

No Games, Fair Pricing, Very Happy, Recommended!
I drove from out of state to buy a used car that was fairly priced. I accepted the fair trade-in price on my vehicle. Communication was good through the simple negotiation process (which was moreso just firming up the details of the deal). I basically bought my car sight unseen, traveled 5 hours to find the car exactly as advertised. I spent a little over an hour in the dealership handling all necessary paperwork and was then on my way home a very happy customer. There were no surprises. I was even pleasantly surprised to see firsthand the extra steps taken to ensure every surface I touched was disinfected and safe, including the pen used to sign docs. I'd go the extra mile to buy from Lexus of Chandler again!

Great deal, patient staff
The showroom is so gorgeous and filled with Lexuses. Lexi? Lexen? I don’t know what the plural should be. The representatives helped get the right price that I wanted for the vehicle. Really good value for my trade-in. The salesperson stayed like 2 hours past closing to finish the sale with me.
