    In September, I purchased my first BMW, a 535XDrive, working with Mark Tortolani at BMW of Warwick, I initially started my search looking online and visiting several local dealerships. Mark was outstanding in every way-professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and he took the time to determine what I was looking for in order to find the perfect car. I was most impressed by Mark's passion, work ethic, pride in the BMW brand and I appreciated the support he received from his Managers Tom Vincent and Mike Silva which confirmed I was working with a top notch team. Mark found a fantastic car and made the process extremely easy. As we were making arrangements for the delivery, I mentioned that I would soon be looking to replace my wife's car as well and to let me know if he saw something special. Once again, he found an absolute gem, drove it to our house one evening so my wife could test drive it and she is now the proud owner of a beautiful low mileage, Certified Pre-owned BMW X5. Mark is a high quality professional who takes an advisory approach serving as a consultant and I will refer anyone I know looking for a car to work with him at BMW in Warwick.

    I had done some research prior to visiting BMW of Warwick. I have always wanted a BMW I am lucky enough to have one thanks to Bob Shaw . I test drove almost immediately, fell in love with the car, and purchased the car the same day. Bob was patient with all our questions and answered them all. There was no pressure to buy. Definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had.

    I recently went to the BMW location in Warwick and i have to say that i had one of the best experiences i have ever had when it comes to me making a purchase. My salesperson was Micaela and for me wanting a luxury vehicle but not having much knowledge when it comes to cars she really went out of her way to make the situation very easy for me and i did leave with a new X3 and i am in love with it!!!

    I had done some research prior to my visit to BMW of Warwick. I have always lusted after BMW for some time and now I am lucky enough to have one thanks to Bob Shaw . I was given a test drive almost immediately,fell in love with the car,and purchased the car the same day. Bob is a terrific salesperson and BMW of Warwick is a class act.

    We had a good experience during our 2014 BMW X1 purchase on 4/29/17. Bob Shaw gave us such an awesome customer care. He was never pushy and the whole experience was without any pressure.Bob was very organized and was able to do the transaction quickly. He also kept contact after the sale and made sure we were happy with the purchase. We went to this dealership driving close to 40 miles and my wife was not comfortable in driving the new car back home. When Bob came to know about the situation he offered help in driving the car near our town.Bob is such a nice person and BMW of Warwick should be proud to have him as part of their team.I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

    My wife and I had a very negative experience. We had an appointment to test drive. First the dealer asked us to wait 2 hours after we got there. Then, the car interior was covered in filth and cat hair. Finally, the dealer tried to convinced us (with a straight face) that car dealers do not take a discount from the asking price. Their sales strategy appears to be to have us to wait while we can see the dealers chit-chatting in the next room. This entire experience was insulting.

    Ryan from BMW was more than accomdating in my search for a new car! He was never pushy, and always friendly! One thing that is a turn off for me is when car salesman try to get you into a car that you don't want, and Ryan was the complete opposite. If you're going to buy a BMW, ask for him! I will never go to another dealership or see another car salesman! Thanks Ryan!
