    I was extremely pleased with the purchase a used vehicle for my daughter from Gillman Acura. My sales rep was Crysta Pickett and she made the process very painless and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I was in and out within an hour. Unfortunately a couple days after we brought the car home something catastrophic happened to the engine and I reached out to Crysta and had the car towed to my mechanics shop. I immediately got a call from the Sales Manager, Greg. He said that they were going to tow the car down to there dealership and check it out. He called me a day or so later and said that the engine was destroyed. He said that even though I bought the car "as-is" that the car should not have died within two days of bringing it home and that the dealership was going to take care of it! Needless to say I was very happy to hear that they were stepping up to the plate and taking care of this. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the entire process and even though the used vehicle had serious problems shortly after bringing it home the dealership took care of it with no qualms whatsoever. This is the way a business should treat its customers. I will not go anywhere else again.

    Stay away...worst service I have received in any dealership. They will do anything to get you to their dealership and then treat you like dirt. Not worth the time. The sales rep was overbooked and did not even delegate to another salesman, I waited 30 mins and when requested that I be shown the car I was interested in, a salesman simply pointed me to some people already viewing the vehicle and suggested I look at it along with them. I left without even looking at a car or speaking to my rep who had called me and made the appointment. Complete waste of time.

    I have been using Gillman Acura for all my repairs for many years and have had the privilege of having Ron as my Rep. He is a conscientious service rep that works well to get your repairs done in a timely way and communicates very well what is being done to your vehicle. He is great with suggesting what is needed to keep your car in excellent condition. He also gives customer care and consideration when I care in and always ready to accommodate my schedule. Thanks Ron for great service.

    What a great guy!!! I have bought several Acura vehicles from this dealership with Paul. He is very friendly, funny and wonderful to work but serious about pleasing his customers. Paul has a niche for getting you the right car. He listens to his customers and finds the right vehicle to fit your lifestyle and personality. I love my Acura.     I purchased a 2009 Acura TL. Paul Thomas was very helpful throughout the entire process of buying a certified preowned Acura.. I told him what I was looking for and he found a car on the lot that I wanted and at a price that was affordable. I would refer Paul Thomas to anyone needing to buy a new or used car because he made the car buying experience an easy one..

    I owned 2012 RDX and wanted to trade it in for a 2015. So my husband and I went in to the showroom and we're looking at the RDX and the salesman Jesus came to assist and was trying to sell us a certified used car, inspite of us telling him that we wanted a new car. He kept on trying to steer us out to the used car lot, I was so frustrated and asked him why he was insisting that I buy a used car and he told me he could read customers well and we did not look like the kind to buy a new car!! We left the dealership went across the street and bought a 2015 Audi Q5.... I will never go back to Gillman Acura!

    I OWN A 2007 ACURA TL WHICH WAS PURCHASED AT GILLMAN ACURA. WHENEVER MY CAR NEEDS SERVICING I TAKE IT TO GILLMAN WHERE I KNOW MY VEHICLE WILL RECEIVE THE BEST SERVICE POSSSIBLE. I HAVE BEEN ASKED MANY TIMES IN THE PAST WHY I GO TO A DEALER TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. I UNDERSTAND I COULD PROBABLY GET IT DONE FOR LESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. MY POINT IS THAT WHEN I LEAVE GILLMAN I KNOW THAT MY CAR HAS RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE AND I CAN BE CONFIDENT OF ITS PERFORMANCE. RON MASCARDO IS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE ADVISORS I HAVE EVER MET. HE IS ALWAYS HONEST AND FAIR, AND I CAN DEPEND ON HIS OPINION, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS WITH MY VEHICLE. HE WILL DO WHATEVER HE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE HIS CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THEM FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE.
