My rep, Miguel is so good.

My rep, Miguel is so good. The car gets finished in a timely manner. Very helpful and answer all questions. Hope he stays there forever. I did not feel well after I arrive there. I sat thinking I would feel better soon. But that did not happen. I finally asked Miguel if someone could drive me home. Right away he said he would have a driver take me home. That was a blessing me. I am 45 miles at least from there. Can't remember the drivers name but very pleasant for the drive home. So thankful for the help when someone needs. Gillman you have a great team working for you!

About a year and a half ago, I was looking to purchase a

About a year and a half ago, I was looking to purchase a new car, and my main goal was to secure a good financing rate. I decided to buy a brand-new vehicle from Gillman Acura, especially since my credit score is over 825, which is considered excellent. However, during the negotiation stage, before any final agreement was reached, they asked for my Social Security number. I clearly refused to provide it, as we were still negotiating and had not agreed on the final terms. They assured me that they only needed the number for verification purposes and for no other reason. This was not true. Despite the fact that I explicitly told them that I was still shopping in the market and was open to buying from any dealer if the deal was right, they proceeded as if I had committed to purchasing the car from them. As a result, they ran my credit without my consent, which caused a dent in my credit score in the form of hard inquiries, something that can remain on a credit report for more than three years. As is well known: When you apply for a new credit account, a hard inquiry is usually added to your credit report, which can slightly lower your credit score. Both the salesman and the finance manager tried to pressure me into buying the car from their dealership. When I refused, they still went ahead and impacted my credit. These are not trustworthy people. Unfortunately, despite their claims of professionalism, they were dishonest in their actions.

Miguel is best svc advosor at Gillman North Acura.

Miguel is best svc advosor at Gillman North Acura. $7K service needed but Miguel alerted me what was needed now abd what could wait. I trust him and will be back next month for needed repairs. He's transparent, listened to my concerns and didn't intimidate/scare me to do all repairs now when I'm not financially ready to spend $5K. I'll be back in a month to do additional repairs snd will request Miguel. The B.E.S.T. advisor ever worked with in last 45 years!

I have been going to Acura Gillman since 2012, when I

I have been going to Acura Gillman since 2012, when I bought my first new Acura. This is the first time I have been disappointed by the service. I went there (with an appointment) to replace a tire with sidewall damage. As I discussed with the service rep: if warranted by the conditions of the tires, I would like to change a second tire with the damaged tire (change out a pair) to keep wear and tear even. After about an hour, I got the service report from the Tech on my phone. It indicated (apparently) above average wear and tear at 23K miles on the tires. I talked to the service person. He said the car was finished. Upon asking, only one tire had been changed. I asked for the second tire to be changed as well, and an alignment. That took another hour of waiting. When it was done, only the second tire had been changed, no alignment. As I was asking what happened to my instructions, I was told this was a miscommunication. I am knowledgeable enough and assertive enough to communicate my needs, and I was willing to pay for the service. As such, I am very disappointed at the service.
