I was looking for a Mercedes, but I did not want to spend the money for a new one. I went to Expomotors and got one that was a couple of years ago and... spent a whole lot less money. My sales person, Donald, made everything easy for us. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. They have all sorts of exotic cars. I would highly recommend this place.
Let Me start by saying I initially was happy to buy from these guys but once I got the car it has been literally one problem after the next. So I bought... a 2016 Range Rover Sport HSE TD6 December 2018, it had roughly 62,400k miles on it when I bought it. Within 13 days the check engine light was on. The sales manager hopped in and i guess by the time i had driven it a little bit the light went off. So I didn't worry to much thinking maybe i left the gas cap loose. I will come back to that. At 68,789 miles the tires needed to be replaced there goes $1,700 dollars, but of course when I consulted with the sales manager about the tires he said you have a quite a bit of time left with these tires... 6,300miles is not very long IMO! Next, the Brakes were Completely shoot at 69-70k miles. And if you want to know just how expensive it is to replace brakes on a Range Rover at the dealership you're looking at $2,400 but in my case they were even more expensive! Because there was no warning, no light or screeching out of no where there was just a horrible grinding noise which turned out brakes were completely metal to metal on the passenger front which was actually $3,700 to fix and Oh yeah the check engine light came back on and it was the throttle body needed to be replaced that was $1,900 to replace. That's $5,600 in repairs in 5 months of ownership and almost $2k for tires. I didn't expect them to take care of the tires i can eat that cost but the brakes and throttle body should have been taken care of by the dealership but of course when i called them I got No Where. Last thing, they sold me the car with the service due light on. Which they said we will get it turned off, but we did the service already. NOT TRUE. I had the car serviced and the oil was so dirty it was clearly not changed 8,000 miles ago! And guess what they never could turn the service light off sending me to the dealership for a $1,200 service just to get the light turned off because of course they will not turn it off without servicing the car because of "Liabilities". The Land Rover dealership are crooks too! Word of advice, if you buy from this Expo Motorcars dealership it is in your best interest to get a third party inspection done on the vehicle before you sign on the dotted line because after that you have no recourse! Even if they do provide you with a we owe you, slip! Beware, don't let the lower prices and flashy high end cars fool you!
I purchased a Porsche Cayenne from Jason and had a great experience. The dealership was very easy to deal with, they played no games and delivered what... they promised. Their GM and Finance Manager were also very straight forward and helpful. After purchased I took the car to Momentum Porsche for service and had a terrible experience. I was reminded how much happier I was that I chose to purchase and support EXPO.
I just bought an Acura MDX at Expo Motors and had an excellent experience. There was no pressure, and Joseph the salesman and Skeen the manager were both... very friendly and helpful. They gave me more on my trade-in than I was expecting, and repaired a spot on the seat leather without my even asking. I would definitely buy from them again.
I see a beautiful BMW x5 with a great price and went to the dealer 2 weeks ago . The car looks good and the price looks better. When I asked one of the... salesman , he say that , 'this car sold yesterday'. I have a lot of experience with small companies, they are advertising the sold cars with a great price and they are trying to sell the expensive cars,they are already have. I send an email to warn them but they don't send any reply. This car already advertising! Yes I understand the small, unreliable , untrustable small dealers but I dont want to believe to this company. They are using the same white BMW x5 in cars.com as a bite at least last 2 weeks! They are non responsive to my email, they probably know what they are doing unethically.
I chose a car online, sent $1000 deposit, and began signing forms. One of the forms was a warranty for $295 to clean any stain from the inside and fix... paint on the outside for a year. I live nowhere near Houston, and told them I was not interested in this warranty, and to please send me an update invoice without it. The form itself said "the purchase of this product is not required as a condition to obtain financing or to purchase or lease your vehicle." Then they told me it was mandatory, they couldn't remove it, and if I didn't accept it, then the deal was off. So, I wasn't going to sign and say I chose this warranty voluntarily, so the deal was off, the manager decided the next day. A week later, I still didn't have my deposit back. When I inquired, they said they never ran my credit card. I sent them a screenshot of the transaction on my card. So they said oops, and sent me a photo of a bogus receipt saying they reimbursed my card. It never showed up. Two weeks after the manager dropped the sale, I had to contact my credit card bank to dispute the charge, and explained the whole story. It took contacting the bank to get my $1000 back for a car they refused to sell me since I didn't want their "optional" warranty. Stay far away.

Good dealer, competitive pricing, nice selection of cars, all makes and models and price ranges. Staff was great to work with. Nice to see Expo investing... and improving the Sharpstown area as well.
