    We're not talking an occasional poor service experience, this place really does not ever respect your time and does not bother to resolve issues. Even with car care insurance we purchased with our vehicle, they claim things aren't covered like a lost key. They habitually overcharge for every service. Sure they have a nice facility and you can get free ice cream, but when the receptionist is more responsive than any other department you have to wonder. There are other dealerships and service shops in town who are customer service oriented. Afterall, a car is not a small purchase.

    I would have loved to have bought a car from Fields but the price was 3k higher than a dealer blowing out the same model. Chris in sales showed me all the horns and whistles and spent lots of time with me which was greatly appreciated! I will be servicing my car there in the future.

    Mick was very friendly and helpful. Car was ready when he said it would be, and he gave us a call to let us know it was ready. I'm very impressed with the dealership, from our salesperson, Chris Pearson, to everyone we dealt with in the Service Department. Very happy with our purchase of a Volvo and with the Field dealership.

    Attempted to test drive a mini cooper today with the dealer. Car was not ready as it said on the website. I asked when the car would be ready and I could only be given a rough estimate.I mentioned the ad saying car was ready and the sales person informed me they post there used car ad prior to inspecting them. Car sales men never even offered me a card or to give me a call when it was ready . I felt that since I was not looking at one of there higher end cars at the lot I was not treated with a whole lot of respect.

    Fields Volvo Madison is my place for sales and service. Very convenient and helpful. Service is always outstanding and I think working with Jason Freidel is the reason why.He is always courteous and helpful when I bring my car in for routine maintenance and those random issues that come up like tires, wipers, etc. Jason manages to schedule my car as soon as possible. The wait time is always reasonable and the explanation Jason gives for the work is always clear and correct. The staff are friendly and courteous as well. Glad I have a Volvo. My next car will be another Volvo (my third).
