    Typical metro dealership. Called when vehicle was done, quoted price at $258.91 over the phone but ended up with a bill for $308.91. Not sure where the extra $50 came from but not surprised in the least. Was never told there a rental charge for the loaner vehicle and there is nothing stated on the rental agreement that I signed but that $30 was tacked onto the bill. Not quite sure why you would charge a rental fee on a DRAC vehicle since that is a GM program to allow people to try new vehicles. That's about as logical as have to pay for a test drive. So GM pays you to put the vehicle in the DRAC program and then you double dip by charging a rental fee. That is the first time I have ever paid to use a loaner at a dealership where I was paying to have work done. Your people are friendly but your tactics are suspect at best.

    We bought our car from Kao Yang and he was great. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and expedite the buying experience. It wasn't until we got to the finance manager that things got a little frustrating. We were preapproved through our credit union for a super low APR. the finance manager asked if he could try to get us a lower rate, would we buy from him. Understandable, that's his job. We discussed and decided to decline, not wanting our credit run again so we told our salesman (Kao) we weren't interested. He notified the finance manager who came back and asked us again and began prodding into what APR we had gotten and said he could try to beat it by half a point, would we buy through him if he could. We again said no. That's when his tone began to change. We discussed extended warrantys next, which our credit union sells as well. He proceeded to say that everything except brakes, tires, wiper blades, oil changes and Batteries was covered under his warranty. My husband has run the service drive for over 20 years and dealt with every extended warranty company out there, none of them are that comprehensive so that was just dishonest. We compared what the cost and time was for his warrantys to the ones our CU offered and the CUs were better so we declined again. From that point forward, he was done with us. No chit chat, no niceties, just sign here, sign here, write me a check and go. On top of that, he pressured us to write him a personal check rather than arrange payment with our CU rep directly, leaving us to run around trying to make sure all funds got where they needed to be to cover the check. He never spoke to our CU rep at all. Kind of felt like we did half his job for him. It really is a shame because Kao was awesome and the experience overall was positive because of that, but the financing/purchasing experience was less than desirable.

    I found a vehicle on Cars dot com that I was very interested. It was a 2014 Impala LTZ. I sent a message to the dealership checking on availability since. I live 40 miles away and being considerate to my time and theirs it would make sense to schedule an appointment. I received an automated response from (SS) Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant thanking me for my inquiry. I called the dealership and asked for SS - left him a voicemail. I reached out to SS via email - ALL WITH NO RESPONSE. Seriously I was begging to buy this vehicle from the dealer. They must have it made - I the customer am at their mercy. You decide if this is a store you can TRUST to do business with

    If you are going to break down on a cross country trip, you want to be near the people of Luther Hudson Chevrolet when you do. After being stranded early Sunday morning, I had a tow truck take my vehicle to the closest GM dealership, which was Luther Chevrolet. I was there when they opened up first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. Although they had a full schedule, they managed to get the vehicle in and diagnosed by 9:30 AM. I was convinced it was an expensive alternator problem but their tests showed simply a bad cell on the battery. They put in a new battery and ran all the tests again and assured me that I didn't need the much more expensive repair I thought I needed. By 11 AM Monday morning, I was back on the highway for the last 850 miles of my trip with a washed and running car. Thank you Luther Chevy for the rescue!!!!

    I accidentally locked my keys in my car while it was running last night on a very cold night (3 degrees!) I called the dealership (I bought my car here as well) to see if they could help me out. It was about 45 min before the parts department would close and even though it was very last minute the gentleman in the department helped me out and was very kind. Good job! Great customer service!     Buying my Chevy SS Sedan at Luther Hudson Chevrolet was an absolute pleasure. My salesperson Scott was great and he knows the true definition of customer service. Scott paid very close attention to detail and he granted every single request. He sourced me an SS exactly to my liking and even expedited the shipping from the factory. Moreover, he accommodated the transporting company I used to guarantee I receive my vehicle promptly. Scott and the financing team made this transaction move swiftly and smoothly. They kept in contact with me from beginning to end and it was very easy to get a hold of them. I will be sure to keep this dealership in mind the next time I purchase a GM, even if it means I'll have to ship another vehicle to NY...that's how good Luther Hudson Chevrolet GMC treated me! In closing, I can't thank this dealership enough for making this deal happen and for making it such a pleasant buying experience. I 100% recommend this dealership!
