Great customer service buying a new vehicle. Purchased a new 2018 Ford F150, exactly what we wanted. Very helpful team Savanna was very knowledgeable ...with all our questions. Great experience. Thank you Witt.
Purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX for cash. Took the sales person over 3 hours to process the paperwork. And sh indicated she had worked there for over 20 ...years. Knew nothing about processing the sale nor the products be sold. Major issues with the services dept. Cut off part of the shielding under the car that helps streamline the undercarriage for gs mileage. The stated it was a "mis-communication". So many issues with the car that we asked the General Manager, Mr. Witt to purchase our car due to the problems we have had. He stated that they were not interested in repurchasing the car from us (due to problems). Also, car was delivered with loose fender that was not properly secured. Stay away from Witt Lincoln dealership and do not purchase a Lincoln.
Purchased a new 2016 Lincoln form this dealership. The wife liked the colors better than what Cadillac offered. Brought the car in for the first recom...mended service oil change. Few days later while driving to the airport, something was making a lot of noise under the car. Contacted AAA Road service and the tow driver surveyed under the car and determined large plastic streamlining cover was hanging down and dragging on the road. He stuffed it up into the underside in order to drive the car to Witt Lincoln. Was provided a loaner and they stated the car would be ready the next day. It was and I asked if everything was back wear it belonged under the car. I was told everything was replaced. Apparently the Witt Serviceman did not secure it after the oil change. When I arrived home with the Lincoln, I looked under the car to survey the replaced cover. It had been cut in half rather than replaced. The Service Mgr. had lied to me. I immediatly phoned Witt Lincoln's Service Mgr. to complain. He stated there must have been a miscommunication. We requested Mr. Witt purchase the 2016 Lincoln from is as we were not interested in this car any longer. The response was "we would take a bath on selling the car to Witt." We traded it on a bew Cadillac the next week. Absolutly very poor service, sales follow up and honesty!
Never informed us of tierod issues and frozen adjusters prior to doing an alignment on our vehicle. Wasn't until they gave us the bill of service that... we were informed and were told "did the best they could". Had they told us prior we would have chosen to have the alignnent done later after the other issues had been fixed. Brought this complaint to the service manager and he refused to do anything even though all we asked was to have the alignment redone at no charge after the needed repairs were done. I am going to be in the market for new car very soon.... let's just say I won't be purchasing from Witt Ford. 20k-30k lost in sales for a $70 service. Really bad service and the service manager was very condescending as well. Just because we are women doesn't mean you can take advantage.
Nothing but positive to say about our experience. Started with online shopping which lead to an email. They called the next day and had the perfect ca...r for us. Made everything very easy and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and part of the Witt family. Also had some good laughs along the way. Just ask for Emilio (AKA Ryan).
We bought our 2013, 40,000 miles, Chevy Malibu (yeah I know, bought a Chevy from a ford dealership) from Witt in march of last year (2016). This was o...ur first major car purchase and initially we loved the car and the customer service. We babied our new car (new to us) and took a lot of care with it, even trying to avoid driving it, so as to extend the life of it. We have since then brought the car in for repairs 4 times. So far we have replaced a wheel bearing, a major computer sensor, and a leaky valve. Some of this was covered by warranty and some of it was out of our own pocket. On this 4th time bringing it in we heard a humming noise, and knew that it needed new tires because the ones that were on it at purchase were crap and worn down. We thought there nothing else could possibly be wrong with it since we had already fixed so much in the last 10 months that we had it. I was then told a super long list of problems. All 4 break pads were worn down to nothing, another 2 wheel bearings went out, a bent rim (how does that even happen?!), and the tires were exorbitantly priced. The total came to 1800 dollars that would be all on us. So how does a car that we have owned for less than a year, and took extra special care of, rack up this high of repair bills!? Because we were sold a lemon! I would never buy a car from Witt if they were the only place in 100 miles to buy a car. I would literally travel to a foreign country and buy a car there, before I would ever buy a car form Witt again. But wait this gets better- After being told our bad news and all the problems we then decided to cancel all order repairs and take the car to our local mechanic that would give us a much better repair deal. When I called to cancel this service and come get the car, I explained how upset I nobody really cared at all. then I was told that the tires were already on the car and an oil change already done and that I would have to pay for those things. Are you kidding me!!! For anyone that reads this please save yourself the headache and don't do any business with Witt. don't buy a car there, and do not take your car there for repairs. Ever. Most expensive rip op of my life.
Went to Witt Ford in crivits and Savannah found all the great deals .. we were they for maby 2 hours found the perfect vehicle everything went through... smooth and everyone was great .. thanks Witt of crivits for the great service and escape
First time at Witt Auto and will be the last thanks to Patrick Hopkins. I was looking at a new truck when Pat approached. I asked if they had any used... ones in this style, he replied "good luck finding a used one like this, but I can get you a good deal on a new one, what's ur price range?" I said I'm looking for a used truck around 25k, what kind of a deal are you looking at on new ones?" Pat said it wasn't worth his time or my time to go over it with me. I never experienced someone in sales who talks to customers the way Pat does. He's very quick and arrogant when he speaks to you like a typical car salesman . I'm sure not everyone is like him at Witt but unfortunately it only takes one. Witt brothers, you need to train him in customer service. I will never go back and will only have a negative story to tell people about Witt Auto.
The advertisements a sham they will not work with all types of credit and if you have no credit or bad credit and I tell you need money down all they ...ever say is it's a significant amount they will not give you a number
Letter to Witt about New Car purchase that went horrible...
