    Nothing but positive to say about our experience. Started with online shopping which lead to an email. They called the next day and had the perfect car for us. Made everything very easy and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and part of the Witt family. Also had some good laughs along the way. Just ask for Emilio (AKA Ryan).

    We bought our 2013, 40,000 miles, Chevy Malibu (yeah I know, bought a Chevy from a ford dealership) from Witt in march of last year (2016). This was our first major car purchase and initially we loved the car and the customer service. We babied our new car (new to us) and took a lot of care with it, even trying to avoid driving it, so as to extend the life of it. We have since then brought the car in for repairs 4 times. So far we have replaced a wheel bearing, a major computer sensor, and a leaky valve. Some of this was covered by warranty and some of it was out of our own pocket. On this 4th time bringing it in we heard a humming noise, and knew that it needed new tires because the ones that were on it at purchase were crap and worn down. We thought there nothing else could possibly be wrong with it since we had already fixed so much in the last 10 months that we had it. I was then told a super long list of problems. All 4 break pads were worn down to nothing, another 2 wheel bearings went out, a bent rim (how does that even happen?!), and the tires were exorbitantly priced. The total came to 1800 dollars that would be all on us. So how does a car that we have owned for less than a year, and took extra special care of, rack up this high of repair bills!? Because we were sold a lemon! I would never buy a car from Witt if they were the only place in 100 miles to buy a car. I would literally travel to a foreign country and buy a car there, before I would ever buy a car form Witt again. But wait this gets better- After being told our bad news and all the problems we then decided to cancel all order repairs and take the car to our local mechanic that would give us a much better repair deal. When I called to cancel this service and come get the car, I explained how upset I nobody really cared at all. then I was told that the tires were already on the car and an oil change already done and that I would have to pay for those things. Are you kidding me!!! For anyone that reads this please save yourself the headache and don't do any business with Witt. don't buy a car there, and do not take your car there for repairs. Ever. Most expensive rip op of my life.

    First time at Witt Auto and will be the last thanks to Patrick Hopkins. I was looking at a new truck when Pat approached. I asked if they had any used ones in this style, he replied "good luck finding a used one like this, but I can get you a good deal on a new one, what's ur price range?" I said I'm looking for a used truck around 25k, what kind of a deal are you looking at on new ones?" Pat said it wasn't worth his time or my time to go over it with me. I never experienced someone in sales who talks to customers the way Pat does. He's very quick and arrogant when he speaks to you like a typical car salesman . I'm sure not everyone is like him at Witt but unfortunately it only takes one. Witt brothers, you need to train him in customer service. I will never go back and will only have a negative story to tell people about Witt Auto.

    We decided to give Witt a try because my husband found a truck. We drove to Green Bay to a sale they were having. my husband had been pre approved prior. They looked at our trade and basically said they needed extra time and would call Wed. Nothing and its Saturday. Needless to say we walked into Les Stumpf and walked out in an hour with a new truck. Poor customer service at Witt will NEVER give them my business was a waste of time.

    Buying the car was good! A few months later when things started going bad with the car and we found out our extra purchased warranty from the dealer did not cover it we were sadly disappointed. I would not trust purchasing the extra warranty if major things are not included in the warranty. We were sadly misled.

    Found exactly what I wanted and got it to me in less than three days. Made finding a new car after a stressful accident another great experience with Witt. Worked hard to get rebates and rewarded my loyalty. I'll be rewarding them with my loyalty for a long time to come. Scott is a no nonsense salesman and a joy to work with. Honest and forthright. I gave 5 stars on all categories and I mean 5 stars. Tony makes the finance part of things a breeze. Drive past Green Bay if you're looking to get treated right.
