Sales manager was too aggressive / arrogant lowered price

Sales manager was too aggressive / arrogant lowered price by 600.00 3 days after we couldn’t come to terms lost the sale of a Toyota Tacoma which I really liked because of sales managers attitude

Fast easy way to buy a new car

Fast easy everything was laid out and easily understood Mike had the vehicle clean and perfect for us to pick-up and ran us through settings and other items we could adjust later

Dennis the sales manager was a total arrogant man.

Dennis the sales manager was a total arrogant man. From the second he stepped into the both with the sales man he was chuckling and smiling but not in a good way. When I told him I was going to decline the in house financing he smirked and then said you’d be surprised what our guys can do for you. Didn’t end up buying a car from them because I was not happy with Dennis’ attitude towards a future customer

Great Staff Great Service

The staff at VHB is very helpful John communicates well and makes sure that you are comfortable with the work being done. The technicians do a great job of servicing my truck I have never had an issue with the work they have done.

Do not buy from them

I bought Ford Fusion from them. I had to redo the paperwork THREE TIMES because of errors on the paperwork and then had to bring the car back for repairs because lights weren't working in the trunk and they disconnected some stuff and didn't reconnect it. Also they sold me a car with bad engine mounts. Horrible dealership to work with.

Didn't feel like they wanted our business

Found a vehicle we liked online, we had our own financing. Should have been easy for them. It seemed like this was the first time any of them sold a car. Didn't know how to put our remaining lease payments on the paperwork. Anytime we called to get information, whoever we needed to talk to happened to be out on a delivery. They did not make any attempt to make us feel like we were an important customer to them. Needless to say we cancelled our purchase and went elsewhere. Kinda glad this all happened cause we ended up finding a model that suited us better.
