An extremely satisfied customer
I am 75 years old. I have never seen this quality of service in any kind of auto dealership. I am on my 6th new vehicle from this dealership. There has never been anything other than five stars or better here. If you want to be treated right, you cannot find a better dealership with a perfect all-around experience. Excellent customer service
They did an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done quickly and the text they sent to show me the diagnostic report was nice. Free car wash also thrown in.

2019 Pacifica
Vehicle does not start in freezing temperatures, but was able to start vehicle when temps got above freezing. Brought vehicle to shop for electrical issue and requested vehicle be left for several days to have it checked out in colder temps. I was asked to take the vehicle home and have it towed to a nearer dealer when the problem reoccurred.

Very dissatisfied
Wrote a review about our van that does not have air conditioning but was sold to us saying it does. S & L asked us to call them and ask for a manager. We did that and were told there was nothing they could do for us. What kind of customer service is that? We will never buy from S & L again.
