    I'm not one to get upset and post reviews, as I understand being in business can be difficult and in reality the customer isn't always right. That being said, I think it's fair to hold a business accountable for providing a good customer experience. Ours, overall, was negative. It was demonstrated to us that the dealership places priority on short-term profits over long-term customer value. More specifically, our issues were with the condition of their used vehicles. We test drove two and eventually purchased one of them. However, both had issues that were still covered under warranty yet hadn't been fixed prior to offering for sale (and these were vehicles that had been on their lot 60+ days). While a smaller item, overall, the van we purchased had trim around the windshield that was falling off. We requested it be fixed while we were finishing the paperwork. There was actually a delay in purchasing, so we returned at the end of the next business day. The trim still was not fixed, so they sent someone to pick it up from our home the following day. After all of this, they still refused to correct the issue. Instead, they indicated that it was under warranty and that if we were to bring it in as customers they could order the replacement and make the fix. Why put that responsibility on the customer? Why not make easy fixes - again, under warranty - before offering the vehicle for sale? The other vehicle we test drove had even more issues - that, while somewhat minor, should have been fixed as part of the reconditioning process before offering it for sale. In both cases, these vehicles had less than 40k miles, so they shouldn't have had as many issues as they did. The sales person highlighted all of the work that had supposedly been done, but simply looking at the vehicle called all of that into question. Bottom line, we would not recommend this dealership to others nor will we return for another purchase. Again, because they place short-term shortcuts over satisfying the customer and ensuring long-term value.

    The staff was very caring, polite and patient. I was interested in a SUV how ever it had what looked like severe alignment wear. Brian was very kind and helped me to find out why the check engine light was on. However, he never got back with me on the alignment check... I really wanted that SUV.

    Jason Griggs is one of the best salesman I dealt with he answer questions I had, and got me in a car for the price I wanted. They got me a warranty, I also want to thank the financial salesman who name escapes me right now but I enjoyed both there services. I love my new 2016 Mazda 3 it is nice inside and out

    We set up a test drive of a Lexus, drove 50 minutes on a weeknight to go to dealership. We were disappointed to find the car couldn't be located when we got there. Also, the salesman we were assigned to was busy/unavailable. A nice man named Will helped us, and finally located the vehicle after 20-30 minutes. We drove the car and came back to talk about numbers and purchase. After another 15-20 minutes of talking, Will was told the car sold. WHAT?? Evidently it was on a test drive while he was "looking" for it. Management knew that's where it was, yet stalled us and then let us drive it while seeing if the previous driver bought or not. When Will offered to get a GM for us to speak with regarding our frustrations, we said absolutely. He brought over a manager who was sighing and even gave us an eye roll before speaking to us. We just walked out. From top to bottom, just a horrible experience. The customer service rep could've texted me at any point to say it was being driven , or management could've been up front with us regarding the status of the car or at least APOLOGIZE for wasting our time!!
