Efficient, accommodating, stress free
Everyone at Andy Mohr Toyota appeared to be friendly and willing to help. One in particular that stood out was Mr Kevin Luzader. Upon my arrival he approached, introduced himself and asked "how can I help you". I told him at present I was just gathering information on all truck brands but was interested in the Tundra. He walked me out to where the 2017's and a couple 2018 Tundras were parked There was one 2018 Tundra that peaked my interest but I wanted to obtain more information (insurance coverage) for that particular model. There was never a sense of urgency or need to make a sale on my first visit. Mr Luzader emailed me additional information about the Tundra I liked and a couple others. On Saturday I returned to make the purchase but well aware that it may have sold. I was told that it had been sold. However, they had just taken delivery of one in particular that I just might like. He walked me to the back lot where the vehicle was still covered in protective wrapping. That Tundra is now in my garage. The total process was flawless including arranging finance with Herman Yee.

Everything was accomplished......eventually.
The service center checked me in. While waiting in the nice waiting area I received an email stating I had missed my appointment and that it needed to be rescheduled. I showed it to my service rep. Who immediately went to the scheduling department to let them know that I was currently getting my vehicle serviced. Once my vehicle had been serviced I started the ignition and the screen said I needed maintenance work done. Again I went to my service rep. who reset the system. Then I noticed my clock was on the wrong time....so the service rep. took care of that too. So eventually all was taken care of.

Recall appt.
First got the appt. same day I called said they needed to check my car to order the parts needed got there. They said they have the parts it would take 2 hours to do it 35 mins later done. Thanks great job

Quick and competent
Performed the routine maintance quickly and also repaired some nagging problems without any questions. Also coupon reduce bill by 30% waiting area well stocked with coffee and treats.

"Seems like home"
We bought our first Toyota 10 years ago at Andy Mohr's and have had excellent service there for those 10 years. There was no second thought when we decided to get a new car.

Wonderful sales over Labor Day
Scott did a great job and was very attentive to my needs as I bought my first Toyota corolla. I felt no pressure as buying a car can be very stressful. Very pleased with the experience!

Unbelievable
Called and made an appointment with Seneca, proceeded to drive 3 hrs from another state. I arrived and was told Seneca was busy and by the way we sold the car. What a great place.

above and beyond
I just stopped by the Toyota dealer to see what the 'maintaince' light meant. I received immediate service and was out in one hour. This was above and beyond any other dealer I have ever been to for work. All I can say is 'thanks'.
