Everyone is available and willing to help to BUY the car, until there is an issue that they caused (submitted my warranty application 8 months after I... purchased and the company rejected it for the delay)and now I get the run around and unreturned phone calls.

Inquired about used car and financing. Ultimately was unable to be approved. Primary complaint is not inability to secure vehicle but salemen not being... truthful an generally lazy. Not calling back when he said would and stringing and jerking me around for over week and a half. Nothing personal or negative regarding dealership just salesman named Bob who really wasted my time and as said before. Avoid this snake oil salesmen if you go there.

As a retired manager of customer service it is a habit to observe, compare and evaluate service opportunities, and yesterday was no different. The difference,... however, was what we experienced during our buying experience for a used vehicle. Our buying experience brought us to several dealers in our effort to find the right vehicle at the right price. What my wife and I experienced at Stark was far and away the most pleasant and thorough. At the outset I was a bit hesitant to buy a vehicle from a dealer about 2 hours away, but Bob and Tobby totally alleviated any concerns. While our original contact was with Bob, the day we could actually come to the dealership had him out of the office servicing another customer's needs, so he set us up with his associate Tobby. When we arrived Tobby was immediately available and ready. He was fully up to speed on our situation, the car we were interested in was out front and ready for our inspection. Not being from the area, Tobby offered suggests for various types of roads so we could get a full test drive experience. Upon our return he first made sure he answered any questions we had, then set us up with refreshments. This is now where our previous experience got more uncomfortable, but it didn't with Tobby. He listened, answered questions and proactively explained the process before we got started, unlike all the other dealers who "surprised us" with additional fees and considerations and the standard, "all of our vehicles are competitively as they sit on the lot". Stark's worked with us and then, unlike all the other dealers, who required cashier's checks-which is a pain when you are 2 hours from your bank-accepted our personal check. When the vehicle was made ready, the final cleaning and detail was immaculate and with a full tank of gas. Toby then spent significant time patiently going through all the cars accessories and operation and this was on a vehicle that was not of this dealerships brand. He even set up our phones and some personal settings on the new vehicle and even accommodated my wife's plea to help her do the same on our other car, which he graciously did. I would strongly recommend Stark and salesmen Bob, and Tobby.
