Great, excellent!!
As always, expectations exceeded. The service dept., starting w/Melissa, was great. I pulled in the service bay area, was greeted, and escorted to my service coordinator where Melissa took in my concern and informed what all needed to be done and the time frame. Later as the time frame approached, and on queue, she went over other items that needed to be worked on as well. Completed services that I confirmed and was done (w/car wash) at a reasonable time. Great Job....

Professional, courteous service,and great deal.
I got the best vehicle, price, and service at the Moore dealership. The sales man Michael Forham went all out and answered all my questions in detail before I got the dealership. He got me the best deal, financing and options that I wanted. He and another gentleman answered my questions about improving gas mileage with the fresh air intake option and I purchased it. The entire in and out time was very quick which included a fair appraisal of my 2008 Escalade trade in. I would highly recommend Moore Cadillac to anyone who wants superior service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales people; and a fair deal. In my experience it is rare to find all of these things at one dealership. Again it was a pleasure working with your great staff.

Exceptional Service
Melissa is our service adviser she takes very good care of us and we are very pleased with our 2 cars purchased and serviced by Moore in Chantilly. This last service had some challenges for Melissa to overcome as our vehicle was not cooperating. She never gave up and followed thru with exceptional service.

Great service
I had an electrical problem that completely drained my battery. They diagnosed the problem within an hour and then put me in a rental car which was included in my extended warranty coverage and I picked the car up the following day.

Great Service
Took my vehicle in for my safety inspection and to have my brakes looked at due to a 'squeaking' noise. My service adviser was Melissa Robinson who promptly greeted me, took down my information. During their inspection they found some things that needed to be addressed including a new recall which Melissa informed me. Because parts were not on hand and it was a Sat. a loaner car was made available to me with an approximate date on when my car should be fixed. I received a call on Monday informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Picking up my car was just as effortless. The workorder shows they were unable to replicate the brake 'squeaking' and i do hear it although not as frequently. I will see how things continue as I have an oil changed scheduled in the near future which i can bring it up again. Overall i was satisfied with my experience and the level of professionalism.
