Shelby was relaxed, knowledgeable, and even anticipated a couple questions I was going to ask before I asked them - which is a tell tale sign that she actually listened to me. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in customer service, not just buying a car.

The car was exactly as pictured with all the options as listed. Rick set me up with an on time transporter and it was $200 less than quoted . I have bought 6 cars using internet sales (3 from CarMax and 3 from other dealers and Rick Quillin was the best and most professional by far. Country Chevrolet is the ONLY place where I would buy a vehicle in the area. Greg and Kirk are legit guys who aim to please. When it’s time for service, every one off those fellas do a fantastic job! No one comes close to the level of excellence they provide at Country.
