I went in for new brakes front and back. Once they put on the new brakes they started squeaking like crazy. I had to keep bringing my car back to this... dealership because they messed up three times in one month. It was very inconvenient for me to keep bringing my car in for something that they should of fix right the First time. When I spoke to the manager (which it took me to speak to 4 ppl before I could get to a manager) he was like okay soooooo just bring the car back like it was my fault. Then when I did bring it back he's looking at me like I was speaking a foriegn language. And asking me what did I want him to do with the car today. Like fix my freaking car. I have been coming to this dealership since I purchased my car for ALL the upkeep. I take my car in for the scheduled services and most of the times they would forget to go something which means I would have to bring my car BACK..which to me is unacceptable. I dont want to ever bring my car back to this dealership. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
