My salesperson was Larry. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and answered all of my questions (some before I even had a chance to... ask). I would recommend Carolina Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a great deal and very friendly, courteous and professional service staff.
Larry Spates was our salesman and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He always went that extra mile. He sent a nice thank you note... and checked on us. His words were, "call if you need anything."
Why offer all the free services for buyers (free oil changes for 3 years) if you cannot get them in to have the service done for 2-3 weeks?? Build a bigger... service dept! The service guys are nice, the salesmen are great, the GM is friendly as well. The SERVICE sucks when it comes to getting an appt in a timely manner. I went over my mileage when I could not get in for 2 weeks...I had an unexpected long distance trip coming up and had no idea they would not be able to get me in...knowing the circumstances I gave them. I went over by 200 miles. Then I had to make another trip a few months ago and once again, 2 weeks...I paid another shop to do my oil change and tire rotation because I did not want to exceed the recommended mileage again. Spend some of the money you are making off us us customers and build a bigger service department!! I love Carolina Hyundai staff and the experience when buying, but I will never buy from them again because of the service issues. God forbid I should have to get something major done...I would be without a car for 2-3 weeks before they ever started on it!! No way...
